    The sales **** ****** was very informative and kept in contact till the end. He and our customer concierge, ****, answered all our questions. The crew, ****, ****, and **** worked efficiently, and made sure our furniture was protected. Once they completed the job, they made sure the areas were cleaned. ***** made sure a painter was contacted to finish painting the trim around the patio door. The ************************* also did a great job. Overall, we are very satisfied with the new windows and door.

    I signed a very expensive contract with them six months ago and not one window installed. Horrible communication. No human contact beyond measuring. Apparently, email and text are all they offer.

    We replaced our back patio door with them. They put a lot of effort into sales, but not so much into a satisfactory installation. They delayed our installation a few weeks, then the installer did about $1000 of damage to our drywall. Their resolution was citing the contract accounts for "minor drywall damage". They offered $300 gift card to a home store as compensation. So their idea of *********************, is leaving us with damage, and small amount of money on top of an already expensive installation. I was willing to pay about %30 more than other contractors to have the job done because I expected the opposite of this situation. I expected a professional installation.Instead, an $8000 door job with an extra $1000 in repairs that I have to take care myself, minus a $300 dollar gift card to cover the time and expense of an unacceptable installation. If your installation with them goes well, congratulations, if not then good luck. They will cite the contract and say, "yeah, you signed a contract."

    After scheduling an appointment to replace ~40 windows and getting several emails confirming the appointment no one showed up. When I called to question what happened they blamed me for not confirming and the appointment was canceled. Terrible customer experience right out of the gate. Canceled them and recommend you do too.

    We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The text and email confirmation was very quick and timely. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and offered financing. The technician that came out to measure the windows prior to the final ordering was very accurate and reviewed our customer expectations. And most of all off the team Dreamers were excellent!They were on time, respectful, meticulous in clean up, and just wonderful artisans, who were personable and quick workers.We had an overall excellent experience. You have many more windows to do.I highly recommend replacement windows by ********

    Please people, read the reviews in full before you even call this company. The ads all ***. Your sales person insists you sign THAT DAY, or the price goes up. I was given a choice in how the window works, but the the shape of the frame. I now have very mid-century windows in my very country house. The ads show windows with squared edges, mine are round and I was not given a choice. It took over 6 months for the windows to be made. A large crew arrived to install and got started. I went outside to take a look and immediately put a halt to the work. They installed the windows without removing the trim on the outside of the windows. The replacement window is actually screwed into the trim, not the house structure. When I tried to call a supervisor, I found out that the installation was NOT BEING DONE BY ******** EMPLOYEES. I had to call the sub-contractor, then ********. That means that the only truth in the ads is that the windows are made to order. Everything else is a lie. The sales person came out and told me thats the way installation is done and I have no recourse. If I had known, I would NOT have paid the $65,000. Just recently had to take the handle of the sliders apart to fix it (it fell off). I expect issues this winter. Well see.

    Very professional and experts in their field. Friendly and cleaned up during and after installation. Highly recommend them. **** and his crew were awsome. Windows are beautiful and efficient. Big thank you to all that had a part from beginning to end.

    Had sliding door installed in June. The interior door handle became very loose after only about five months. I called and told them about the loose door handle. The person I spoke with told me that they could walk me through the process of tightening the handle on the phone. I told them that I don't want to do that and that I expected the company to come out and take care of the loose handle. I thought that if they had their customer service people advising customers that they could do the maintenance themselves that it must be a very common problem. The response was that they could do that but that it would take about five weeks before they could get someone out to do the job because they had a lot of customers ahead of me that needed repairs. My response was that having that many customers ahead of me needing repairs indicated that they had a poor product. He denied that he had said that the long time for a repair call was due to people needing repairs. I replied that you just said that there were many people that needed repairs and that is why i had to wait five weeks. He said no, I didn't say that. I said that there were many customers that were ahead of me that required service repairs. My response was that is what i just stated and you just now stated it again. I have a major fear that I have purchased an inferior product that is being serviced by a sub-standard service department. I would not recommend Renewal by ********.

    I was supposed to have new windows, patio doors, and trim installed in my house. The installers knew the windows were too small and they installed them anyway, that's when I decided to call the owner of the company. He sent out his management team to inspect the windows and replace what needs to be replaced. We decided 7 of the new windows would need replaced. Then we noticed after they installed the new windows that the trim had too many nail holes in them, trim had too many gaps, and then there was ice inside of the house on the windows. I was told we were going to replace the seals on every window - that never happened. The trim, they keep telling me they can't get all the trim the same color. Then we find out that the patio door was not put in correctly, so they had to take the patio door out and reframe it. Now the trim does not even cover all the white on the patio frame. Now I'm wondering if the patio door is too small? ***, the service manager, came to my home and told me there is only so much he can do do fix the windows before they terminate the warranty. Now, I need to emphasize that almost everyone in upper management has came to my home to see all of the windows except the owner of the company. Now I've called numerous times to try to get in contact with the owner of the company, but I have yet to be able to.
