            On March 31st I received notification (attached) of an increase to ***************, as well as a special assessment due June 30th. I emailed and called Quality ********************************************* to request a payment plan that same day; 3 weeks went by, they didn't call or email back, I tried again. On April 28th ******* sent a document (attached) they wished me to sign no later than May 1st (the following Monday). But the document states I was in "default" and this constituted a "breach" -- I was not in default, as the payment due date has not passed, so I will not sign the document. ******* is threatening to send me to collection though the bill is not due. She is refusing to explain or alter the document. We have not spoken on the phone; she refused to answer any phone calls and stated she would block my number, so I don't know how I am supposed to resolve this.

            A management that has nothing to stand on! Nice people, beautiful floor plans, but I can not put kindness past the wrongs. HOA fees are $320 but don't have anything to show for it. No care for lawn maintenance, parking, inspections are out of date,etc. I'm concerned with where our (owner's) contributions go if it's not going towards the upkeep of the building. The outdoor maintenance (front lawn and parking) is poorly neglected; the plants look dead, no one has come to mow the lawn and there's dog p*** in different spots! The fire marshalls have not come and inspected the building since 2019, there's trash in the front of the buildings and in the parking lot. If you're an owner everything is on you but as an owner of an entire building the accountability is lacked. If I knew beforehand how poor their practice is with ownership, I would not have purchased a unit in their building.

            Dear Deja * working for a condominium Association its different than a rental building . First * we can not make decisions without the board of directors . We just follow their lead
