Payment methods
In personal injury and workers compensation cases, our fees are taken as a percentage of the gross total recovery.   In every successful case, the insurance company check will be placed in our state-regulated escrow account.  After a settlement statement has been signed by the attorney and client, checks are written from escrow to the client and attorney.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We accept personal injury and workers compensation cases on a contingent fee basis only.  We do not get paid unless and until the injured party recovers.  In workers comp and P.I. if we can't get you something, you don't owe us anything.
