If you want to know what I really said TRANSLATE IT) You are a bunch of deceivers. They use the need of the most disadvantaged. When I finally move to cancel it, an unpleasant employee attends my call and don't to give me the information that I need, in order to cancel. I find out that PayLinK Direct is just the face of the deception because my agreement was NOT with them. And I have to call the even RUDEEST Company (that I don't know the name) to "cancel". I was that they will not cancel the payments if I don't send them a "Cancellation letter". As if they were a serious and respectable company that does not use tricks to get victims. What they really seek behind this is to make the cancellation process more DIFFICULT. Know that I did not MAKE any contract with you. I just authorized a transaction trusting in your goodwill. And you ARE NOT THE ***** OF MY BANK CARD INFORMATION. I want to "CANCEL" end of subject. I don't want to see any other charges at my account.PayLink Direct

1 starMy mother was fooled into a fake service plan, which never even sent her an agreement so she had no account number or any valid information. This company, PayLink, has been charging her $123 for the past 3 months. I called them to demand they cancel her account and stop charging her credit card, and the company rep said she couldn't help me as we have to cancel through the company that sold the contract. It's a vicious circle and my mother was victimized by these scammers who prey on the elderly.PayLink Direct

1 starI called to cancel my service in which I did not agree to in the first place. The customer service representative was very rude, yelling at me, told me to hush & insisted on me giving him detailed information on my warranty. It is ridiculous a customer service representative cant process a simple cancellation request in a professional manner.PayLink Direct

1 starOur warranty ran out and being that we currently only have one vehicle, we thought it would be a good idea to purchase an extended warranty just in case. Long story short, I finally decided it wasnt worth it and wanted to cancel it. I called 3x the first two times, I was argued with to the point that I hung up and they did nothing. The third time, I was argued with for a full hour, during this time I was called names, put on hold, degraded, and just yelled at. He refused to cancel my policy until he finally got sick of arguing with me. Finally he cancelled it and said, congrats, youve successfully thrown away a grand, any questions? If they fight this hard for me to not cancel, how hard you think theyll fight to not have to pay when I actually do have a claim? It shouldnt have been that difficult to cancel. They shouldnt have been childish by calling me names and degrading me. Im glad I cancelled. Also, if you need to cancel, theres instructions in the back of your booklet.PayLink Direct

1 starHopefully karma will catch up to companies that prey on the elderly. My 86 year old mother thought she had to pay this official looking bill for her ****** after getting out of another service contract from car shield. Leave these poor vulnerable people alone! Obviously since we have taken over her finances, her $149.42 monthly bill will not be paid. The website to cancel is a joke and the lack of people to answer the phone was not a surprise.PayLink Direct

1 starJust paid second to last payment. I had a sudden issue with my transmission which is why I had started a coverage plan with them in the first place. The total was around $1800 which is 1/3 of what I've paid for coverage. When the autoshop contacted them they turned down helping with anything. The company is a scam that will find any way to turn down assistance but will happily take your money.PayLink Direct
