    I’ve written 8 or 9 emails trying to return my order. It arrived and was nothing like the picture had shown. He keeps trying to get me to keep my order and says he will give me 20% discount on next order. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

    Ordered a pair of shoes and they ended up being too small. I messaged them several times both on their website and email. They never responded! They do not share any information as to where to send the refund let alone how. I strongly advise everyone to NOT PURCHASE FROM ORTHOFIT!

    Took 4 weeks to arrive. Charged my card 5 minutes after ordered.
    Not as promised. Cheaply made, no support, inserts dont fit in the shoe properly.Definitely not as advertised.
    Difficult to return. Threw them out and took the loss.

    I ordered these shoes and the next day tried to initiate an exchange. That was on 8/30. They did not respond. On 9/4, I followed up. They asked for pictures which I sent. After receiving the pictures, the company tried to haggle and offer me a partial refund, then a partial refund with store credit. At this point I asked for a full refund, and I cited their hassle free refund policy. They continued to send the same message: shoes that were worn could not be returned. These are unworn. Due to the size being way too big. I ordered the recommended size online, and I showed in photos submitted my photo beside a shoe that is at least 1 size too big. This company is defrauding consumers.

    This company says that there is no risk-“100% money back guarantee. The sandals I ordered don’t fit. I ordered the size recommended but they do not fit. The top of the sandal is loose and I know I would fall wearing them. I contacted company and got the runaround. “ you tried them on so for hygienic reasons we cannot accept your return”. How is a person to know if shoes fit without trying them on. I never wore them. They don’t care about comfort and fit as they say in the ads Offered a store credit of $20. I will never purchase anything from them so that store credit does me no good. I have gone around and around with them for a month. This company lies and cheats people out of their money. Buyer beware!!

    Zero stars. False Advertising. Misleading information. Not good for plantar fasciitis. The sandal is flat piece of foam. Buyer Beware. They will not give you a full refund.

    I give them a ZERO! Reading all these reviews below breaks my heart because I've been through the SAME THING. What a TERRIBLE COMPANY. After 6 days of emails back and forth to OrthoFit, they would not honor their "Try Risk-Free: 30-Day Wear Test Money Back Guarantee for a FULL REFUND." Their RIDICULOUS reason...their hygiene standards,,,,because you tried them on. This is DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING if I ever saw it....plain and simple!!!! They would only offer a partial refund that wasn't near the price of the shoes and a store credit. Why would I want a store credit for shoes that were inferior and didn't support the arch in my feet? It was a slap in the face. THEN....I did something recommended by a website....CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. So, I did and THEY WERE WONDERFUL. The same day I called, the credit card company gave me a full "provisional" refund until they contacted OrthoFit. Then something happened I WASN'T EXPECTING. The very same day....a few hours after the call to the credit card company, I was issued a FULL REFUND by OrthoFit in an e-mail. I don't know what this credit card company told OrthoFit, but it was EFFECTIVE. FOR THOSE STILL SEEKING A FULL REFUND, PLEASE CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO ADVOCATE FOR YOU.

    Misleading with return orders.
    Cancelled orders same hour made order, orthofit provides no return information, no information in package shipped.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Said it would fit size 9 to 9 1/2. Size 41 I get them I look size 10. They would not give me refund. Wanted to give store credit and 35 percent refund. This is a scam. I will never ever fall for this stuff. Do not buy Ortho fit. I am out my money. False advertising. Then you see all the good reviews on ********* Shoes were not like expected made so cheap. I finally agreed to 35 percent refund. I probably should not have. World not agree to give me 50 percent refund. I did order insole which I can probably use in my other shoes.
