  Scammers that dont honor return policy. Getting the run around after several attempts to return shoe that doesnt fit. I probably will have to bite this one? How can this business continue?? What can we do as customers?

  Rip off! Don't buy from this company. The shoes are poorly made with NO support. I was told they would not refund my purchase because I TRIED THE SHOES ON! How does a consumer know a product is the right purchase if they cant try it on????

  Zero stars. Awful shoes. Like pool shoes at high prices. Pure ********* what advertised. No support flimsy on all sides. A total scam. They know you don't want awful shoes and they try and force you to keep them by offering you.a 10% discount. There is no address to mail back. I heard those that did mail back got no acknowledgement of receipt and therefore no money.. The ultimate in scams! Don't buy!! If you do call credit card company right away and say it is a scam. Ready to turn them into the Attorney General.

  Cannot agree with even one star. Hard painful shoes advertised as comfortable and will not refund as the website had stated. They offered 5% which would amount to $2.50 back for ***** pair. They said I could keep the shoes. Wow. I don't want them.

  This is a horrible scam company only leaving 1 star because I had to to continue The quality of the shoes is very poor.. Only way to contact them is via email which are answered in my opinion by **. The website states stress free returns.. returns are anything but stress free and are probably a stall tactic to avoid the 30 day return policy.In the past there have been 10 emails back and forth regarding a return -asking for video of the shoes -asking several times why i do not like them -offering be a 5% return of the original price!I usually do more research on online companies. and have no one to blame but myself BUT this company is a SCAM and should not be able to continue

  This company will not honor a returned of product. They are a shoe company that accepts only untried product. Because I tried them on, they will not accept the return. I had to first send a photo showing I tried them before they told me this. Its a total scam. They send a Poor product that does not fit or have any orthopedic feature and then they wont accept returns. DO NOT purchase from them.

  This business sends it shoes from *****. They are ill fitting and cheaply made. It can take 10 to 21 days to receive your item. My shoes did not fit. The only way to contact them is through email. They fail to answer your questions. If you return items, you pay return shipping even though their site and the information they provided to me shows they will fully refund and not charge shipping to return. They will not respond as to why. Also, I never wore the shoes, so it will be interesting to see if they fully refund me. They also stated in email I must keep them up to date on my return and send them tracking information, which I did, but was still told to keep them up to date on the return. I have already contacted my bank in case they fail to refund my monies. They advertise all the time on ************* the reviews always look good, but now I wonder who is providing those reviews. I do not recommend this company.
