    We ordered Orthofit shoes as advertised for the comfort and to alleviate foot pain. We received the product and they are not what is advertised; they are cheap shoes with plastic soles and do not provide the cushion and support we thought was advertised . When asking to return the product they offer a 10% refund vs shipping the product back to China at a cost equal to the product original cost. This company in my opinion misleads customers on the products advertised. Buyer please be aware and further research the company before making any purchases

    Minus stars would be more accurate! Scam business trading on company name's resemblance to another, OrthoFeet, a wonderful company with quality products. Shoes were junk, too small, yet return policy states any shoes that that have been tried on can not be returned due to "our strict hygiene policy." Fraud! Avoid at all costs!

    To all the people that have been scammed by this company, I feel sorry for you all. I also agree with all your comments because as a 70 years old woman, I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived not even closed to the picture that was shown. Orthofit not only deceived me sending cheap made imitation shoes without insoles or Orthofit brand named anywhere in the shoe but frayed, flimsy stinky shoes made in *****. Every bad review is absolutely TRUE! I have to admit they thought I was going to give up, but I did not! Today, I got the verdict from ****** "Case closed in my favor" ! I also proceeded to file a case with the Department of Commerce, and Louisiana State ********* against ORTHOFIT. Think about it, the shoes that they sell are mostly for elderly people, and they are making money out of us and sending c*** from *****. They also want us to pay the expenses to send them back to *****. There's any place in their site that said shoes have to be send back to *****. It says FREE RETURNS, FREE SHIPPING It took about 15 days for me to received them and two months to get it resolved. But again, I did not give up. PLEASE DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ORTHOFIT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

    would give a minus star if possible. received item, lousy, and enormous size - contacted them for refund - had to send photograph of the packaging and photo of the item (2 shoe inserts). vendor replied several times within 24 hours. '*****' of customer service would send me a PDF of a return label - not once, but THREE times - and none of them would download on my iOS (Mac) desktop. Beyond Frustrating....what a scam. it was a lousy looking product. ****** WHY do we have to deal with these overseas vendors. I hate it! filing complaint with my Bank Credit Card ....that should be the end of it. boy, Never Again!!! BUY AMERICAN !

    OrthoFit is a total SCAM retailer. The shoes that you receive are nothing like whats being advertised. They are POORLY made with CHEAP material. Do Not waste your money! The company lacks customer service support! They claim to have a 30 day return/refund policy. However, it doesnt exist. This company needs to be investigated! Such a FRAUD!Buyers Beware!

    Make that zero stars! Buyer Beware! The online OrthoFit store claims "free 30-day returns." Completely untrue. The buyer has to pay the return shipping. Also, while the company appears to be in the U.S., it is actually in China! So, lack of transparency about country of origin, misleading statements about free returns, and a frustrating, mega-annoying return process. Basically, it is a scam. I was offered a $8.99 refund on a pair of $60 sneakers that obviously were not as advertised. Don't do it!

    If I could give them a lower rating I would - DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BUSINESS - it's basically a scam - I ordered a shoulder brace about 3 weeks ago and have received nothing but excuses from the company about no delivery. When I go out to find out where they are located there is no information - basically they're located in China and there's no bonafide business protocol. I am also going to contact ****** as this biz should not be allowed to advertise.
    If I'd ordered with a reputable business I'd have had this brace weeks ago.

    Flip flops received were way too small.... my heel stuck over the back by an inch! Took forever to receive because they're shipped from China. I was going to return them for a refund but I have to pay return shipping to China with a return receipt ,which is super expensive, and they wanted me to send them a photo of the shoes, the original package it was shipped in and they wanted me to email them with the tracking number as well as email them after the tracking said it was delivered. If they never receive the return package, I don't get a refund. It just wasn't worth the headache and risk losing all that return shipping money and have the package lost on a slow boat to China. I donated the shoes to the poor. The best orthopedic shoes are *********, NOT OrthoFIT. I have bought 6 pair of ********* and I should have never decided to try a cheaper brand. They never tell you that they are in China. $34 lesson learned.

    I hope this review finds you before you purchased from this fraud company. The shoes are not of quality and do not support your feet. They sent the wrong size , a fault of their own and offered a percentage off to return. I could never get a reasonable answer or a refund from them. They had every excuse in the world why they could not take them back. They were never out of the package. Do not purchase from this outfit!! You will be disappointed. CHINA MADE
