    Orthofit is not a legitimate reputable business entity. I ordered a pair of boots, and within 15 minutes changed my mind, and attempted to cancel my order. They do not have any phone customer service support, and only respond to emails with auto-generated replies. I sent them four notices in the first hour attempting to cancel my order. They would not cancel my order and refund my account. Obviously, they are scam artists. Do not purchase products from Orthofit! You have been warned..

    My original complaint was filed against another company because Orthofit was able to insert a screen "pop up" ad on the site of the actual company I actually wanted to purchase a product from. I have been trying to return these very cheap, poorly made, shoes for 2 weeks My return is within the 30 day return window. There is no indication the shoes were going to be shipped from, and need to be returned to, *****. They advertise an ***************** When I tried to return them, I had a lengthy email exchange (attached) where they offered me a 15% refund, then a 25% refund, instead of honoring their policy. It took several days for me to get a return authorization, and the shipping back to ***** is cost prohibitive. This company is extremely dishonest and their website is misleading to the point of illegally representing their product. I have included screen shots of both my order and their webpage, neither of which indicate that China is the country from which the order is from, and where the return has to be made.

    I ordered two pairs of boots from Orthofit - 5 minutes after placing the order I read that the return costs were to be born by purchaser and the that company was in *********. I immediately cancelled the order and sent multiple messages cancelling which they received. After over a week later they informed me that they will not cancel the order. I have learned that they have cheated many people in a similar way - blocking any option to return items even though they say you can.

    The shoes were way too small and the business owner refuses to let me return them and give me a refund. I do not want to exchange because they are ****, but no response from the business owner.

    I received the shoes in a timely manner. I can not get them on my feet they run small. I requested an exchange with their 30 day money back guarantee and they do nothing but give me the run around. They do not honor their refund policy.

    I ordered a pair of shoes for my father on October *******. When we received them in the mail on 10/30/2024 we realized they were the wrong size and that we had accidentally ordered steel toe instead on non steel toe. I have emailed them starting on 10/31/2024 asking how I can return them and get the correct pair that my father wanted. I have had back and forth emails with them stating they will not accept my return. These shoes have never bed worn and I simply just wanted to return them and order the correct pair. ***** **** keeps emailing me back saying it cost to much for the return and will not give me any information on how to return them. I even sent him a copy of his own return policy that states hassle free returns within 30 days. I had them for one day and they have never been worn.

    I ordered two pair of orthopedic shoes, one was winter boots, and the second pair were sneaker type shoe. They came after a month, and are too small. I have tried to contact The Orthfit store, via email....no response. I requested an exchange for a larger size. There has been no response.

    My complaint and experience is identical to recent other complaints filed here. The boots I purchased, based on positive reviews and in desperation, with winter approaching and the need for boots that may offer comfort from ongoing heel pain, are too small, made of similar material as boots I've purchased for far less money at *******, and do not appear to have any "ortho" characteristics at all. They refuse a refund because I "wore" the boots, which I did, indoors, with clean socks for a minute or two to determine whether they would fit properly. I agree that there could be confusion between this outfit and the ************* company, from whom I have purchased in the past; it's a legitimate footwear retailer selling actual orthopedic shoes. I feel like I may have been taken by a scam advertising on social media and, honestly, feel foolish; I should have known better and checked BBB first instead of relying on social media reviews that may not even be real. BUYER BEWARE!

    I ordered shoes from Orthofit and as soon as I did I realized it was not Orthofeet which I always order from. There is no phone number to contact them so I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order. I didn't get a response. I emailed again with no response. When the shoes arrived, I refused them. Now Orthofit is telling me my order was 'abandoned ' so i cannot get a refund.
