    I submitted an order and did not realize it was adding another size for their promotional discount. I contacted them immediately, but they said I will have to wait until I receive the order to return it. I contacted them as soon as I received the order and they will not provide their return address and my refund. They say you have 30 days to return the order and it already took 10 days to get it and now theyre just wasting my time.

    Ordered a size eight, was a size five at most. Asked for a return label and was told I should just donate them. He has been arguing with me via email that he will only give me fifteen percent back after I pay twenty for return shipping. Looked them up on BBB and it says F rating scam company. Have all emails saved

    I purchased and received a pair of boots for $69.96 from OrthoFit on 10/17/2024. I tried them on once, and realized they were too small. When I contacted the company to return them, I was told I couldn't, and would receive only $20 for my trouble!

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, costing $59.95 each and a pair of orthotics for $19.95 from their website. Total paid $139.85. Order #ORTH77857. When they arrived, the first thing I noticed they were both crammed in one bag, not a shoe box. They are made of some type of canvas material shoes and I thought they were supposed to be sneakers. I felt the inside and immediately knew they did not have enough support as I wanted, nor looked as I desired. They have a return policy which includes a refund even if the customer just changes their mind. However, I contacted them for the return instructions for a full refund and they took a few days to respond and only offered me $20.97 refund and a $20 store credit! I have emailed them that that is not acceptable and confirmed the shoes have not been worn at all and I have not heard anything more from them yet. I do believe they are trying to scam people and I definitely need help with dealing with this company

    I purchased boots on 9/28/2024 via Credit Card online. They arrived on 10/15/2024 and are too small. Their website says to make a return, you have to send an email. I did this three times--no answer--so I put a ticket in on their website directly. The guy who has responded to me--has done everything but given me the label. ASking me why, that they sent the size I ordered, etc Etc. None of that is their concern. I want to return them and it is within the 30 days since I received them. I noticed after my purchase, the item shipped from ***** directly. Well, no wonder!

    On 10/19/2024 received the sneakers which are to big and they did not feel right on my plantar fasitiicas . Contact the company to return which the refund policy said 30 days. I was told today that they would give me a refund of 8.08, or a store credit for *****. I want my money back. This is false advisement.

    The date of the transaction was, 9-27-2024, amount of the shoes was $59.95. Orthofit comfort shoes white/blue was purchased. Once received it is noted that this shoe does not fit. I did not wear the shoe, I simply stuck one foot in the shoe, how else would I determine that it was too small. The stores return policy states the shoe can be returned within 30 days, and not worn which I did not do. Orthofit refuses to refund my money for these too small shoe instead they offered to give me 10% of the refund, which is unacceptable. I feel Orthofit has not operated in good faith and has not attempted to solve this issue. Also what this company has done is hijacked the name of a legitimate company, Orthfeet in hopes of confusing the customer.

    I never received my order . I never received return correspondence when I let this company aware of non delivery, Was told it was delivered to invalid address.Never received refund.This has been an ongoing issue since last June.

    Purchased boots in my size and received boots that were obviously too small. When I emailed requesting how to return them I received an email from a ***** that since I had tried on one boot I couldnt return for health reasons? I was offered ten dollars credit as if I would ever purchase anything from this company ever again. How can you tell if a shoe fits if you dont try it on. ? This companys offers are a scam

    I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from OrthoFit. They cost $119.00. Their website claims to have a 30 days hassle-free money back guarantee as long as they were unworn. When the shoes arrived, I found they didn't work for me I contacted them for an address to return them. They denied my request even though i told them i the shoes had never been worn and were, in fact, in the wrapping they came in. They continued to refuse mly request and offered me a $17.50 "in good faith", so now I'm out more than $100 because they didn't honor their money back guarantee.
