    I ordered a pair of shoes on July 25, 2025 and was tricked by the second page that came up asking me to "confirm" my order. I clicked the button since I hadn't received a notification page yet that I had placed an order, but the "confirm" was to add another pair of shoes. I immediately contacted the company to ask if they can cancel the order, but I didn't receive a response back until three days after. They told me that it was too late to cancel it, but I was welcome to return the shoes once they arrived. It took more than a month to arrive, and once they came, they were poorly made and packaged. The extra pair of shoes is in a size I cannot even use. I reached out again to the company, and they explained that I would need to pay for shipping back to their address in *****, which would cost me around $30. I ended up keeping both of the shoes and will be disputing the charge with my bank.

    I ordered these shoes for a trip I would be taking that required a lot of walking. It took about 3 weeks to get my order which was my first red flag. When I received the shoes, they looked nothing like the way they were pictured online. Even worse, the shoes offered none of the support they promised online. I have seen a better quality shoe in Dollar General. I considered returning the show but am afraid that I will not get my $60 back. I am so disappointed in the product. This company should not be allowed to continue to deceive people. The reviews they have online are fake.

    These shoes are a joke. Nothing at all like what is advertised. Zero support. Like big slippers. Ordered 2 pair of the same size and they are completely different sizes. False Advertisement. Low quality. Definitely NOT worth the money.

    Orthofit is a scam for sure. After looking at many different websites of hiking boots/ shoes, I chose OrthoFit feeling like their product would work well for my difficult feet. I have high arches, with ankles falling inward without proper support. I knew the moment I opened the packaging. Cheap fabric that look more like slippers, not hiking books. I reached out to the company and they said I could return the shoes but I would have to pay to send them back....TO ***** for over $300.00!: They offered me $11.99 to keep them. After I paid $119.00 for two pair. I'm usually very good at checking out reviews, but I didn't this time and I'm paying for that lapps in judgement. They say you can return the items but don't say you have to pay to send them back to ***** I will leave a negative review. I'm so frustrated for falling for this. I'm out the $119.00 and don't even expect to see the the $11.99 they said they would send, and I could keep the shoes. What a waist. Buyer beware for sure.

    Company states it has hassle free returns, but in fact they expect you to ship your return to ***** and that it must be received within 30 days to get a refund. I tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes of placing it and they wouldnt let me and shipped item anyway.

    I purchased a pair of shoes online from OrthoFit, but due to the similarities in the name and pictures in the ads, I thought I was ordering from Orthofeet, and not OrthoFit. This company is preying on the elderly, because the ads, name of the companies, are so similar that it is too easy to order from the wrong company. I am on a very limited budget and have cancer, so I need my card refunded immediately. I sent an email indicating that the shoes were stained, but they certainly were not the shoes that were in in the ad which indicated they would provide much needed foot support. I tried to contact your business by phone, but none of the numbers were active, etc. I sent an email stating my need for a refund. I noticed you have numerous complaints filed against you for many issues. I will not pay for shipping that exceeds the cost of the shoes, but will return them based on postage necessary to return the shoes. I am sure that you can resolve immediately.

    I purchased 3 pairs of sandals from *****************************. The photos posted online for these sandals show ****** brand sandals, which leads buyers to believe that is what is for sale. However, when the sandals arrived from *****, it was immediately obvious they are not the ones in the photographs. Instead, they are cheap knockoffs that are noticeably different from the online photos.Also, I placed the order on July 31, 2025. At the time of purchase, there was a banner at the top of their site that read "50% Off Summer **** Ends Tonight." Nearly a month later, that banner is still up with "sale" pricing for this specific product still in effect. They are obviously just trying to pressure buyers with false time-sensitive tactics.When I inquired about returning these counterfeit sandals, I was offered two choices: a 10% refund to keep the sandals OR pay the $30+ shipping fees to return them to ***** for a refund. [There is no reason to believe this fraudulent company would issue a full refund, so paying to return the counterfeit merchandise is out of the question.]***************************** is obviously a predatory company that needs to be held accountable for its fraudulent business practices.

    Purchased two pairs of sneakers (one in error for $59 and $49 but the one pair did not fit correctly and seamed flimsy. Both need to be returned but contacting support is not providing on how these sneakers can be returned.

    I ordered a womens size 9W and received a child size 6. The shoes are not at all orthopedic shoes as claimed. Very cheaply made. When I asked to return them, I was given an address in ***** costing $61.50 to mail back.
