I ordered a pair of arthritis warmth gloves on Dec 17th which I have not received as of yet. I have reached out to this company on several occasions with I am sorry and you shipment is on its way. I have tracked it and it is still not showing where it is located. This was a Christmas gift and I don't have extra money to replace with anything else. I have asked for a refund with no results. Ordered a pair of men's winter boots (cost $59.46) from ************************ on Jan 2, 2025. On Jan 5 noticed two separate Credit Card expenditures to Orthofit dated Jan 3, 2025 came across my credit card bill. One for $59.46(my intended order) and another separate one for $69.95 (Total of $129.41). Only rote responses that my concern was received, no help. I have had multiple emails back and forth, as there is no phone number to directly reach Orthofit. Finally, Jan. 15, 2025, I received an email from Mr. ***** ***** that my order was delivered on December 11 2024( long before I even actually ordered) and it went to ******** (totally different state), and it was not the product I ordered. I believe I am dealing with a fraudulent company and they have received my payment without sending me the correct product and have charged me for an additional product I did not even order. No response has been made to my requests to cancel and refund.Initial Complaint

A product was falsely advertised as heated gloves but the product is just compression gloves. I would not have bought compression gloves. The product description, as well as the reviews the company has posted on their website lead the potential buyer to believe that the product is a heated glove. Not a compression glove. When I requested to return the product for a refund the return address is in *****. Shipping the item back would potentially cost as much as the refund amount so that wouldn't be a good resolution of the issue. The company offered me a refund of about $4.00 which is not satisfactory.Initial Complaint

On Monday, January 13, 2025 I placed an order with ortho fit for a pair of winter boots for $55.96. I paid for the through ******. I waited 24 hours and checked my email and did not get a confirmation for my order so I checked on their websiteand they have no Record of my order. I then contacted ****** and tried to get the payment stopped since ortho fit was not responding My request regarding my order. ****** is apparently tried to contact them and has received no response. I still have not gotten a confirmation of the order. My order still does not exist on their website. I cannot reach them. And at this point, I think theyre scamming me out of money.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on December *******. I still have not received my order and its now January *******. The tracking updates keep saying in transit. *** requested a refund from the company. They just keep sending emails about the tracking. When placed on the 21 of December, the website said delivery by Dec 26. This has gone way beyond that date.Initial Complaint

Date placed on Nov *******. Received the product on 1/2 2025. Didn't know the product was being shipped from ***** until December 10th. I would have never ordered the shoes if i knew they were gonna take that long. I got the shoes, just tried them on, didn't like how they felt, put them back in plastic bag and packaging it came in. Took them over a week to even respond to my request to return the shoes. Now they won't accept the shoes because they said I wore them? All I did was try the shoe on and took it of. Sent email, as of yet no response. Requesting how to RETURN purchase and a REFUND. Order from this company at your on RISK. This is the Return Address on the the package when receiving my order. ***** Small, **************************************************************. It looks like this label was put on top of another label.
