    I have a settlement with TurboTax using this law firm. The company sent me my settlement check this month and when I cashed it it was returned and my bank stated that it was something on the companys side. The law firm states that it was returned because of a new fraud protections they have, they stated that it has all bed fixed and instructed me to bring the check back to the bank to cash it. I did as instructed and it was returned again. Both times I was charged a $25 returned item fee. I contacted the company again stating that I would like to change the agreement considering the situation and the charges to my account. They would not offer me any additional compensation and states that they would send me checks to cover the fees and a new check for the settlement. I have yet to received any of the checks yet.

    We thank Ms. Justice for bringing this issue to our attention. We had been assured by our bank that the security issue was resolved and that there would be no further issues with cashing or depositing her check. Although our bank has yet to receive notice of an additional failed attempt to cash the check, we have reissued a new check to Ms. Justice in the amount she agreed with the company to settle, as well as an additional check for $50 to compensate her for the claimed returned item fees. ***** tracking has indicated that Ms. Justice has received these checks.

    #a0L4W00000XHINrUAP I received and email 12/22/22 stating According to the settlement administrator, your TurboTax settlement payment has been remitted to the account that you provided when you made your payment selection. With the remittance of your settlement payment, our representation of you in your TurboTax claim against Intuit is concluded.I have not received any funds, posted to any account of mine. I emailed them and have received no response. Truly was relying on this $ for the holidays and its sad I have not. Beyond disappointing.

    I never received my Venmo payment for the TurboTax suit and obviously others havent as well. I answered all of their questions and picked which method of receiving payment the day they sent the email. These people are frauds

    I have not received my settlement payment from Keller Lenkner ****** Services from the class action settlement against TurboTax. I have called the Keller Lenkner office several times and get a recorded message. Also, I have emailed several times and have received no response. During the process of trial with TurboTax the office of Keller Lenkner were very responsive but now that the case is over and settled it seems like they have disappeared.

    I received a settlement through them. They claim to have paid me through PayPal. PayPal says I dont have an account. I want my money sent to my address. They will not respond to me.

    I was represented by Keller Postman, LLC in the TurboTax class action settlement. I was informed my money was sent out and I never received it. There phones have a robot recordings at all times. They have been unreachable and unresponsive to emails. I want my settlement, because the court confirmed they have been approved for this class action. They have taken the money and disappeared, because they were Keller ******* before the case and now they are Keller Postman without given any notice to their clients to evade payment.

    I was involved in the class action suit against TurboTax. I was told the payment would be coming in the second week of October however, since I needed to fill out another form, which I did and a very timely manner, my payment will be pushed off by another month. The month is now past and I have sent a couple emails with 0 response and Ive tried to call but have been placed on hold for over an hour and a half with each attempt no resolution or payment to my Venmo.

    This law firm was hired to represent me on a multi-million dollar settlement negotiation. They pocketed $90million dollars in fees and dropped me as a client when I refused to accept $100 as my settlement award.The company lied to me about the representation services it was providing me and actually entered into a confidential settlement with the defendant paying the settlement to the *** FIRM; not me!After I complained about it, the company lied to me and pretended like they tried to negotiate a larger settlement and dropped me when they couldn't. I didn't find out what really happened (they pocketed $90million dollars & settled the claim as though they were the injured party) until after they lied to ****** had to begin investigating what happened.

    We take the representation of our clients very seriously and have engaged in extensive discourse with **************** about her claim. While we cannot discuss Ms. ******* settlement offer in detail, we can disclose that that the offer we negotiated for her was significantly higher than the $100 alleged in her complaint. We disagree with the statements she has made about our firm, as well her characterization of our negotiations. We did not accept any settlement on her behalf, rather, the decision to accept or reject her offer had always been in her hands. Further, her allegations with respect to the fees we collected are not correctwe have collected no fees associated with her case.

    The firm lack of communication is horrible and on 11.15.2022 when I finally had to call and wait over two hours and still have not spoke to a live person. After leaving a message they sent an email stating my settlement transaction declined and will have to issue a check. When I called again on 11.16.2022 after seeing the email I stated that I am unable to cash a check cause I bank online and have no way to cash it. The email I received treated me as if I was at fault. I never received email in months, I called them back in the summer asking about my settlement money and they sent an email on how I would like to receive it. Which is through Zelle. After that I have not heard from their firm regarding my settlement. I had to call them on 11.15.2022 and still the customer service is horrible. What I would like is to have my settlement done via electronic and not paper. That is all I am asking for.

    We are sorry to hear that Ms. ************;is unhappy. However, she was initially provided with 7 different payment methods from which to choose. The digital payment method she chose was unsuccessful due to issues on her end that she did not report to us until after payment was made on November 14. A month prior, we had sent Ms. ************;an email, providing her with an opportunity to change her payment method, if needed However, she did not submit a request to change her payment method. For security purposes, payment reissues are not sent digitally. They are sent by mailed check. As a courtesy, we also provided Ms. ************;with the option of a special payment via electronic Mastercard gift card, which she declined.
