I received an email Oct 15th 2022 saying my amazon settlement portion of ****** had been deposited to my account. It had not & still hasn't. I've been contacting them almost weekly then monthly regarding not received it. They apologize then tell me "we still haven't heard anything yet" "we have to trace it and find out where it went. " etc etc.... I decided ti come here & try to get help from you to get them to send out my check & resolve this issue. This is ridiculous.Business Response

We also called him twice, but he did not answer so we left messages in his voicemail box. We provided ******************** with additional information about his settlement payment that should help him locate it in his account. We further advised him that, if the information we gave him does not help to locate his payment, he should reach back out to us for additional assistance. **** attempted a Zelle transfer of a class action settlement, which failed due to omissions on the part of my financial institution. Firm has not answered phone calls, emails or text messages since. Firm's automated call handler insists email or texts are the best way to reach them, however SMS sent to the provided number result in an automated response saying text messages are not monitored. Email suggests calling, however, I've stayed on hold for 4+ hours on a couple of occasions with no answer, only hanging up after close of business. It honestly seems they're disingenuous about connecting with clients.Business Response

In May of 2022 I received notification I was to receive the $139 TurboTax Settlement Payment. I was repeatedly notified, then given payment options, and asked to confirm address. The payment processing firm somehow listed my address as *********, ********. I was able to obtain help in November from Clerks at the firm, then several more emails saying: "Payment on the way", the confirmation of address. * As of 011/20/2023 this payment/check has NOT arrived and the ********** refuses to respond to calls, emails, or texts. I am quite certain this is outside of any/all legal guidelines for me to obtain the funds I am owed.Business Response

This involves a settlement from the business of Coinbase for extra charges they imposed. Kellerpostman was the law firm in charge of the settlement and have been intentionally ignoring me with no responses about my inquiry and basically holding my money and others money without a word on when they will release it to its rightful owners. Again for the last two weeks no response from them and no update, there is something wrong going on.Business Response

I have reached out to Keller Postman multiple times via email, phone and contact form on their website in regards to a claim. Just like everyone else, I have yet to receive any kind of a response or acknowledgment. I was involved with the Turbo Tax settlement. They sent me correspondence stating my payment had been sent. I have never received any such payment.There is no information on their website or anywhere else to help me locate it. A simple FAQ or one sentence email could prevent the majority of these complaints. I would really like for someone to contact me and let me know where my payment is.Thanks.Business Response

I joined class action suit against coinbase. They contacted me with a settlement amount. I agreed and filed necessary paperwork and agreed to get paid via PayPal. This was 4 months or more ago. I have received no money nor any response. I have contacted them via email with no response from them ever. I saw post on here and reddit claiming clients have not received their money. I emailed them again 2 weeks ago. No response, no money. My PayPal is valid and nothing is wrong with account. I am rejecting this response because: They are lying. I emailed them at the correct email address asking them when will I be getting paid my payment. They do not respond at all. Than when I contacted the * *.*. they texted me "if you have questions please contact us". *ut everytime I contact that email They do not respond. It's just like all the other complaints. During the class action suit they answered all the time, very attentive, sent all paperwork. Once I signed agreeing to my sum, I haven't heard from them in 3 to 4 months. All I want to know is approximately when will my payment be made to me. Thank you.

Back in May of 2022 I received an email regarding Reference # a0L4W00000XGwapUAD and an amount that I would receive from Class Action , I am not finding a record of receiving any amount as of 1-04-2023. I have called several times and left messages, I have also text and emailed. I would love to get this resolved and it is unfortunate that I'm having to go this route. I am one of the class action members that Keller Postman represented on a case against Amazon. On Oct 7th, KP firm claimed they have completed the settlement payment to myself, which was untrue. I contacted them numerous times with no response for several weeks. On Nov 22nd they replied they would send the payment, which I still have not received. The firm has a fiduciary responsibility to pay out case members on time since they have already collected the funds, and there should be a deadline set by the judge which the firm must finalize settlements with class action members. The lack of response and extended delay of payment is unacceptable and questionable business practice. I am filing a BBB complaint and will also raise a complaint with the Bar.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The business finally reached out to me after BBB made contact and asked me for an alt email. I sent 2 email replies answering their questions. Then they left me couple of voicemails saying I haven't responded, so I called back the number they had asked me to call. It was an endless automated recording stating they were busy and I should leave a voicemail or text them. I tried leaving a voicemail but the system said it couldn't record. I tried texting and I received an automated message back saying they don't accept texts and I should leave a voicemail. I then sent them another follow-up email summarizing all of this to multiple email addresses I have for their business, but I have not received any replies from them.
