    Received an email from KP saying I had a Zelle Coinbase settlement pmt for $145.95. I no longer had a checking account that worked with ***** and had 2 weeks to claim pmt til it would be mailed. I ran all over town in an Uber to open an account to receive it. Tried to receive it, it was not working. ** said it's a Zelle issue and ***** said it's a KP issue. Then comes trying to contact KP by phone which is a nightmare. Hold time I had today alone was 3.5 hours and the only reason it ended was because I finally just left a voicemail. Every time I've called has been a two hour hold time where I end up hanging up, only got through one time. I emailed every KP email I could find online and eventually received a callback. I was told that the Zelle payment was cancelled while I still had time to claim and check would be 8 weeks just to mail. Knowing they had my old address I made sure I updated my number and address to prevent issues. I also emailed them Jan 24 and once again provided my phobe number and address which they responded by saying we confirm that your information is up to date in our records. Well wouldn't ya know that when I received an email today telling me the check has been mailed that it had been sent to my old address still and also that even though I'm told it has been mailed I was given a time period of three weeks to recieve it. I didn't know **** still offered mail delivery via someone riding a donkey still. How when I went above and beyond making sure my info was up to date and they confirmed it twice does this happen. Guess who's gonna be the one that now suffers the negative effects of the exact situation I double made sure wouldn't happen. I appreciate the settlement effort but I dont have millions in bank accounts so when you say I have a check coming I'm really counting on that money and can only do so much on my end to make sure there's no issues. I can't control what happens in your end but still seem to be the one who has to deal with it.

    We spoke with ************** about his settlement payment. We explained that we reissued his settlement payment to him by paper check on March 28 and asked him if he had received it in the mail. Unfortunately, we issued the check to his old address, so he did not receive the reissued check. ************** provided us with his new mailing address, and we agreed to reissue another settlement check to him on an expedited basis. ************** said he had no further concerns.

    I was part of the Amazon class action suit. I received an email on 10/15/23 saying my payment of $197.67 has been successfully delivered. I have yet to see this payment and have tried numerous times to call and email Keller/ Postman, but cannot get them to respond to where this payment is.

    We contacted ******************** via email and explained that our records showed that her settlement payment was sent to her bank account in August 2022. We provided information to help her locate the settlement payment,and she confirmed that she was able to locate the payment in her bank records.

    I joined a lawsuit against ****** via an ad on Instagram from ****** law by way of Keller Postman. After joining I reread the contract and the fees agreed to are higher than what would come from the suit. The contract said you could cancel the engagement within 24 hours by emailing *************************************** which I did. I never heard back from them. I tried calling them via their 800 number and their ******* office number and the recording said there's a high call volume and someone would get back to me if I left a message. This was their outgoing message every time I called. They have not responded to any emails or calls even though I emailed ************************************** within 8 hours of the contract signing to cancel. This seems like a SUPER shady way for these forms to get people to essentially sign on to a case and agree to giving any resulting proceeds to the law firms.

    This sham of a law firm repeatedly bold faced lied to me about a settlement check that was due to me for over a yr. They lied three separate times initially about the amount that i was due from a class action suit filed against the ************** about fraudulent practices. Then they lied about a settlement check being mailed to my residence. Then lied yet AGAIN stating that there is no way to track my settlement check even though it was sent via the U.S. postal service! Thats fraud! They avoided countless emails and voice mail messages , with no attempt to return either. I have filed complaints with their states inspector generals office and my states attorney generals office for fraud. This firm is full of distrustful and incompetent individuals.

    Man I've been put off for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks about my Turbo tax money and I can't get ahold of nobody ever they. Won't text me back they won't call me? I just want my little bit of money they got their money. Can I get mine please?

    We followed up with ************** by phone. Unfortunately, we were not able to reach him so we left a voicemail. We explained that he should have received his physical Mastercard by now. We provided him with options to transfer his payment to another payment method, so he can access his settlement payment immediately, if he still has not received his payment. We also offered to cancel his payment and remit a payment by physical check if he would like. We will continue working with ************** to ensure that he gets paid.

    I received an email telling me that I had a settlement check coming $166.84 from Amazon settlement. I have emailed and tried to contact them and had no luck. I have never received the check. Attached is my email received.     I was scheduled to receive a payment from the Coinbase lawsuit in January 2023. January 19th I was told I would receive a payment then was told the check went out instead of the Ecard. I have called several times and keep getting the same response that the admin will send it out and process it. Well here we are in March and the postal service stated NO MAIL has ever come from this business. Not only that, this law firm is taking well over 50%. This law firm is shady and is using the customer funds for their own gain and personal use. There is no reason to hold the customers money. This is definitely shady business practice with this company. As of tomorrow, I will escalate this issue to a higher authority that regulates this law firm. Maybe then I will get some results and my check. This is so sad.

    *************** informed us that she never received the original settlement check that was mailed to her address on file, so we requested that a check be reissued to her at an updated address. We explained to her that, in order to reissue a check, the settlement administrator must follow several steps, including cancelling the original check, and that this process takes time. We spoke with her yesterday, and she confirmed that she received the reissued check. She stated that she has no further concerns for us.

    We initially placed a call to Keller Postman in August 2022 regarding the class action for people stationed at Camp Lejune. Spoke with an intake person who took the information. I told that we would be contacted by firm to provide additional information. I received one call, which I returned and it was the same intake person who appears to be working from home. I have asked several times for the firm to contact me and have received no reply. I again called and again spoke to intake person requesting a release from contract because no one has contacted me I wish to engage a someone who will actually work with me. I tried to contact the firm directly and was placed on hold for more than an hour. This company advertises that they will help veterans with this and then they do nothing. I wish to speak with someone with the firm or be released from contract.

    I was apart of the lawsuit against TurboTax, and was represented by keller lenkner. I received an email in October that I would receive payment and to choose my payment method. I chose to receive a paper check and was informed I should receive it by November. It's now near the end of February and still have not received payment and cannot find out any information.

    We emailed **************** to let her know that Intuit had some questions about the form of her release agreement, which held up her payment. We let her know that we have been working to resolve those questions, and recently Intuit agreed to release her settlement funds. Finally, in the email, we also provided **************** with a timeline for the issuance of her settlement payment. When we did not receive a response to our email after several days, we tried calling ****************. Unfortunately, we did not connect with her over the phone, and we received a message stating that her voicemail box is full. We will continue to work with her and the settlement administrator to resolve any outstanding issues.

    I received a settlement check from the Amazon settlement. The check was misplaced and found. I was no longer good as per the Letter after 2/1/23. I ***** tried to contact teh company sevreal time by phone but not able to ralk to anyone. I sentr an Email to their ****** services address and it was returned as a failed email (address not real). I have 10 more days to get the check reissued but can not find any one. Thank you.

    **************** informed us that he misplaced his settlement check, so we reached out to the settlement administrator to have his old settlement check cancelled, and a new settlement check reissued to him in its place. We told **************** the timeline for him to receive the new settlement check, and he thanked us for our help.
