      Terrible experience from start to finish. I feel like they violated HIPAA by requiring more personal health info.

      Terrible service. Website ******. Calling in takes for ever, but the message never changes regarding the 3-4 minute wait time. I am trying to pay my Cobra bill, and the payment site gives me an error message... so can't pay online. And on hold perpetually to try to speak with some to pay by phone. Ridiculous. ***** USA really should not use such a bad solution for benefits administration.

      This organization if it could be called that is deplorable. Asked for two things to be done. Couldn't follow directions. Put in a ticket to resolve a matter. Site says they will solve it in two days. Kept in touch with them after 21 days of dealing with these inept, disorganized and callus people I rolled my 401K into a traditional *** with another organization. They really deserve negative stars. Watch these people closely. Their mobile app is worthless.

      Trying to use them for medical leave is a complete nightmare. Case Managers that can't be contacted by phone, no email addresses. You dial into a universal number, a random person picks up the phone and tries to contact your case manager. The company uses ********* Teams for internal communication, so if your case Manager isn't on teams, too bad. They had my documentation for two weeks and didn't process it, meaning my medical leave was denied. No problem for Alight but serious consequences for ******** rubbish organization.

      I have been trying to get some of my 401k money to purchase a home for 3 months now since June 2024. Me and the mortgage company have done everything they have asked us to do.. I even cried because Now I am getting ready to loose my home because they will not release my own money to me, I have done everything the right way in which they have asked. when calling them they cut me off never call back, leave me on hold for long periods of time then disconnect the call It has been so hard to call in to talk to someone else because they have a recording saying they will you back and they never do. This company should not be in business and I have been at **** for 25 years and I am not able to get any of the money that I have earned myself.

      Every time I called, I got cut off. On Monday alone, I talked to 8 different people, some of them, twice. Last Thursday and Friday was the same thing! Then there was the promise of a call back, which never came. But today, after making them stay an hour late, I cut them off. They screwed up and now I'm gonna lose my ******** because I can't get the pension statement I need. This place isn't even accredited by the BBB. All the employees sound like a broken record. "I completely understand". "I'm so sorry". "This is all I can do". I need the statement in 2 days. They'll send me a new phone pin in 7 to 10 business days That's what they said Aug 1st. I'm still waiting! The website won't let me on cause I'm "not authorized". This place is a joke! You can't even understand half the people working there? I don't know what I'll do now, besides crying!!

      They deserve MINUS star category. Automated phone line response: "I understand what you are saying, but I do not have any information on that". Email responses which do NOT answer the issue are sent from "no reply" email address. No matter what I click on using the app, I am brought to the *********************** page. The virtual assistant is worthless. Their constant requirement to change passwords is annoying and cumbersome. One of the main issues is the lack of flexibility with sales and purchases for distributions. It is not allowed by Alight to choose what one wants to sell. One must sell some of each investment in the portfolio. Who do they think they are to tell ME what to do with MY money? And we are paying them an annual fee ( percentage) to be abused as customers. GET OUT of you can. ******.

      Because zero stars is not an option. I'm trying to get my pension paid to me in a timely manner. I have been filling out paperwork and faxing and mailing it to them for months. They employ people to talk to you on the phone who say they have not received all the communications from me that I am certain they must have received. The people on the phone are nice and paid to apologize and stonewall you and never have any answers why the process is so redundant and slow. There is never an option to speak to anyone that is actually in control. I have been told that that my problem is "handled in a back office and there's no way to communicate with them." ************ should be investigated and shut down. Before my employer was bought by ***************************** system, there was a pension office on sit and everything went smoothly.

      This company is absolute garbage!!!!! They deserve a ZERO star rating but I cannot proceed without giving them a star rating! Do not ever use this company if you can avoid it. They do not care about their customers or their situation at all!!! I had my 401 K set up with Alight Solutions through Target. I called on July 29th to close out my 401K. The representative that was working with me only verified the last 4 digits of my bank account number and the name of the bank to make sure they matched his records. I was told the funds would be available in 3-5 business days after the closure was processed. I called everyday starting Jul. ******************************** that it takes 3-5 days to process so just wait until tomorrow. This was incredibly frustrating because everyone kept saying just wait, just wait. On the 5th business day, Aug. 5 I called again to see where my deposit was. I was told that the day is not over yet, wait until the end of the day, if it is not there by Aug 6 to call again. Wake up this morning and the money is still not in my account so I called them again. This time, after I pitched a fit with the representative, she transferred me to a payment specialist. She looked into my account and asked me to verify my account info: routing and acct. #. She was the 1st person to ask to verify my routing #. It turns out the routing # was wrong and the payment got rejected by the bank. I asked why no one had ever asked me to verity my bank info before and all I was told was, "they are supposed to always verify and I'm sorry." I explained every time I called that I was in need of this $. I was told because the check had already been mailed there was nothing more she could do. She said she can make sure that the representatives get coached because they should have handled the calls differently and verified my account information. Should have and I'm sorry do not pay my past due bills.

      A true joke (and not a good one either). Florida Retirement System has contracted with them to handle the retirement account for those of us willing to control and invest our own retirement funds instead of locking it all in state funds. Transaction fees for just about everything - and they are not cheap. Web site is iffy, time to get MFA code is anywhere from almost instantaneous (about 20% of the time) to "Have another cup of coffee."
