I've been a customer of ********************** for the past 17 years. ******,com has been my internet Server and I've had little or no problems during this time. However, over the past two months, I've not been able to get online, even though I've tried dozens of times (literally, dozens) to either email them, call them, or Live Chat...with no response. I had to revert to another server in order to try to communicate with them, due to the fact Reagan.com failed to recognize my Secret Question or Passwords...They refused to contact me through my new email address which is ******************* All I want is for them to contact me, and allow me to get online again. Have been using this email for years, but have been unable to do so recently In the past several months, I've been unable to log in, even after numerous attempts to resolve the problem (change password, customer support {doesn't exist anymore]. As everyone else that seems to be filing a complaint - I can not access support. I keep getting emails that warn me my account is about to be discontinued because I have not paid for renewal and I have tried, and tried to send a message through "chat" (tells me someone live will be with me shortly and hours later - no one. I have forwarded pictures that show my account information both at my credit union where my yearly subscription of $40 was deducted on Aug. 14th and also show it registering in my ****** account where it was authorized on Aug. 11th. I have tried responding to emails sent with no success. I have no alternate email at this time for the account that was used to set up ************************ is my ONLY account now. I reason I went with REAGAN.com was to transistion out of the previous fl-********************** I don't want to lose my ************************ account as it is the ONLY one I have now. I have not received emails between 09/04/24 and 09/20/24. I did not receive emails on my iPhone and iPad, but now only receive emails on my iPhone. My wife receives emails on her android phone. My account has also been hacked. I can not access my account now after repeated attempts over three days. When I try to contact Reagan.com Support and after being informed someone would contact my chat I never received any subsequent contact. My account expires June of 2025.Initial Complaint

I'm lockedout of my reagan.com email or unable to reset my password, I was charged $40 three times for a 1 year subscription renewal, their ******* support link says it is no longer active, there is no billing or support phone number, are they even still in business or did they just take my money?Business Response

Reagan.com email is getting hacked. We pay for this email and it has been malfunctioning for 2 months. The problem is with all the hacking it sends a red flag to the server and with that we are locked out of our email. Support is minimal so we wait sometimes days. They are not operational after hours or weekends. They have to reset the filters on their end so we can reset passwords. I have ate up 50 passwords during this process. Horrible.Initial Complaint

reagan.com disabled my paid email account, and ******************** does not provide help or respond to customer like me, a long time ordinary, law abiding paying subscriber. There is no email, no phone number, not even chat bot for customer services being provided to resolve my issues. A ****************** does not provide any response to the issue.Business Response

****** Support reviewed the account and it had expired as it had not been renewed. We sent instructions to repurchase the account and immediately gain access to the account. The users emails are still intact.
