    Email problems.There is a major problem with :1. Cannot reach ANYONE using the site, ******>COM Email address I do not want nor ask for are going into my "recent addresses" folder, that I never put there....and worse it erases ALL my "recent addresses"I did want.The site provides a place to send messages, but there is no SEND, not SUBMIT button...a waste of time.Has Reagan.com gone belly up, or are they just too busy to help those of us who were there at the beginning?I need answers and help.

    ****** Support gave the user further instructions on the location of the send button for support tickets. We also supplied the times for Live Chat which is the fastest method of communication. We will await further confirmation once the user responds to our open support ticket.

    Reagan.com website DOES NOT accept valid user name/ password for paid-for email service. Tech support is non-existent. Resetting password does not solve problem.

    I received renewal reminders in 6-20, 7/19, and 8/18 and 9/1 for my account I renewed on August 17th and was billed as he 99$ and my account does not show the renewal. The link was used to renew from the member area and done through ******.

    I have resided in four different states In the past 12 years and my Reagan.com email was always there, regardless of where I was. I am fully paid through September, 2024. It was, until recently, a reliable service. Now, I cannot log into my account. To voice my complaint to the company, I have written emails to "help" addresses that have previously worked from different email accounts and I have not received any responses. I have tried the live chat, and no one has ever come to help. I have tried this from several different browsers to no avail. I have tried to gain access by using my security questions and Reagan.com says they are incorrect when they are absolutely correct. I have no other avenues available to reach the company but the BBB. I am fully paid through September and I must gain access if I'm going to renew my subscription. Good grief.

    Reagan Support has checked the account and it is active. We also gave them the times for Live Chat availability. An inquiry was made to find out if they are submitting an incorrect secret answer. We will await a response to your support ticket inquiry to confirm that they are able to log in.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Good morning. The issue cited in the email below has not been resolved, at all. I am still unable to log into the email service I purchased from www.reagan.com. After logging a complaint with you, I received emails from Reagan saying I could resolve the issue by interacting with a chat bot, but no bot and no person ever came on line to respond to me when I started a bot conversation. My security answers, although correct, will not yield results to help me log in. And the company has charged me for another year of service despite NOT PROVIDING SERVICE. The buggers should call me at 703-554-4362 and resolve this meantime, I am disputing the charge with my bank until I get satisfaction from the company.

    I have had my reagan.com email for several yrs. Within the past 2yrs my account has had several hacker attacks with the attacks occurring more frequently. In the past reagan.com had a customer service area in which to communicate and have issues resolved. But that no linger exists. Tgere is no way to communicate to get these problems resolved. I just delete or move to spam the hacked emails. How can I communicate with this business?

    I renewed my Reagan.com email account for 3 yrs ($99) using ****** on August 12, 2024. The ****** transaction number for the payment to Fortify Technologies LLC is 7PV0288609763582R. However, Member Area>Renew area of their website does not show my renewal. It shows my account expiring on 10/18/2024. The Live Support Chat does not respond. I have filled out a form online, but no response to that either. I either want my account renewed or my money back.

    I am not able to log in to my ****** email account. It is telling me my password in incorrect. There is no response to the chat support. When I try to change my password it asks me to answer a "secret question" however, there is no question there, just a space for the answer. So I don't know what question they want me to answer. There is no way to contact ****** directly. I have important emails sent to me that I cannot access!

    I am not able to open ************************* and this issue has been ongoing for months now. I opened ************************ to communicate with ********** regarding the issues with the other account. The following is what I receive with each request. I never receive an answer or any support whatsoever. I have been a **************** customer since they first opened the service. I just want to get back into ************************ in order to retrieve my file contents and my contact lists.     I have owned a Reagan.com private email address since it was first offered well over a decade ago. I pay annually(only $40.00). I attempted to pay in July, I received the response their payment partner was having problems and to try again later. I continued regular attempts to pay until the alert popped-up saying my email was not valid. When the SUPPORT page is accessed, it says something to the effect, "Ooops, we are no longer supplying technical service to ****** email." I finally contacted the ******************** and they apologized saying the ****** email is completely separate from the ********************. They further informed me It is owned by ********************* son (I assume ***************************) My reagan.com email address is a source of pride and security for me. It holds untold personal information and files. I'm troubled to feel it has turned into a scam that has no interest in servicing their long-serving clients and supporters who loved and admired President ******. I do not want to think that. However, being completely unreachable is cause for concern. I'm not seeking compensation. I want only to access my email account so I can pay my annual $40.00 fee and continue using my ********************* email address as long as possible. Thank you for any insight or assistance you might be able to provice.

    I have not been able to access my ********************** for over a month. I have changed my password 5 times and that does not help. Using their support system gets no response. I need to get back on line.
