I have had a email account with them for about five years and now it wont let me login or change passwords. When I try to answer the secret question it wont take my answer. When I tried to contact support I get no answer. I have been trying for two weeks without success.they have no phone number. I am paid up through 2025. I would like to cancel that account. I purchased another account with them, hoping to get through that way, without success. I wish to cancel both accounts and recoup my money.Business Response

****** Support reviewed the account and closed and refunded the most recent purchase per the users request. The user's other account cannot be refunded as it is in the third year of a three year subscription. A refund can only be completed within 30 days of purchase or renewal. That account is active and we have sent instructions to the user to reset their password and regain access in case they'd like to utilize the account. I am rejecting this response because: I tried what they said and it still will not let me change my password. They wanted me to answer a secret question about what city I was born in. I was born in ********** and it tells me that is wrong I tried every combination lower case upper case and it just does not work. I dont know what to do.

I have had a Reagan.com email account for almost 15 years. Im now suddenly locked out and cant get access to anything. The Reagan.com support is completely unresponsive. I have had my ****** email for over 6 years and have been locked out. I can't reset my password and NEVER can get on Live Chat. No such thing and there is NO phone number for them. This is a business account and I NEED to get into it!! I am so angry at how they are treating their customers taking your money for no product. What a shame to ruin the late president's name. On March 15, 2024 my Reagan.com e-mail was hacked and I was locked out of my e-mail. I have made many requests to have my reagan.com e-mail account terminated and hired a computer tech to try to fix this, but all requests have been ignored and on July 6, 2024 I received an e-mail from ***** ********** advising me that Reagan.com has charged my **** $40.00 for a renewal. It is virtually impossible to contact a human being at Reagan.com to resolve problems. I would appreciate your assistance in getting this account terminated and a refund/credit to my ***** Fargo **** card. Unable to access my Reagon.com account Chat and phone calls to developer do not resolve my inability to access my account.This problem has continued for 3 months with no indication that Reagan.com is serving me or other customers. We also alerted the user that in the original ******************** message he typed Reagon.com whereas it is actually Reagan.com. In case, the user mistakenly typed it with an O, we want to make sure they entered their log in credentials correctly to avoid any future log in errors. On June 20th, 2024 I was no longer able to login to my email account Ive had for over 15 years. I reset my password about a dozen times. There is no phone number to call. Every time I try to start a chat, it starts and ends at the same time. I send messages about my complaint but have no email for them to respond to. For weeks, I have been getting alerts that I need to verify information on my account but gave no instructions on where to verify it or what they wanted verified. This is going to be a disaster to try and inform the hundreds of contacts I had of a new email address. Im notified about monthly payments by email. Is this something that can ever be resolved? For TWO MONTHS, an increasing number of websites I have belonged to for YEARS are inaccessible to me because of some company called CLOUDFLARE. It's supposedly some anti-hacker company, but when I try to go to one of the sites (to include an e-mail account I have been PAYING to have), just pop up a CLOUDFLARE window, telling me to click the box to prove I'm HUMAN! Like a good chimpanzee, I click the box, then a bunch of dots make a stupid circle, THEN the box pops up again (and again and again....) It took me 2 MONTHS to access a site I was a member of for about 10 years. For the past month, I have been getting a "PAST DUE notice on my Reagan.com e-mail account (this is an e-mail account I pay about $50 a year for because they advertise that they're totally secure (even though I regularly get spam that goes back to other Reagan.com accounts. I click on the warning flag to attempt IN GOOD FAITH to pay for my account, so I don't lose it. I spent 4 HOURS tonight trying to complain about CLOUDFLARE interfering with my payment attempts, but that company INTERFERES with my attempts to contact Reagan.com, in addition to interfering with my payment attempts. When I tried to complain to the **** I was again prevented from using their site because of CLOUDFLARE! I am now in peril of losing my e-mail account I have paid for, for 20 years.Business Response

****** Support sent the user steps to add an email that is inadvertently arriving at the spam folder to the safelist within their account. This will allow emails from that particular email address to come directly to the inbox folder. We will await their confirmation that they've added the address to the safelist and have successfully received a correspondence.
