I have been locked out from sending emails after down loading phone link with *********, which i did not want. Reagan.com commanded me to do so. I have been a paying customer for 10 yrs. There is no customer support, live or otherwise.Business Response

I am unable to get to my email. It looks as if I can get into the member area through the recaptcha process and page but the email will not open. There is no way to contact tech support but through email. No way to speak to a person. The tech support chat box would not open.I note another had this problem but the account was past due. To my knowledge, the account is active and in good standing, There is a blue flag on the home page to that effect, anyway.On one attempt, a screen popped up saying there was an issue logging in and to contact Email Administrator if matter continues with code 69028c256536f Would like to know what happened so as to avoid situation in the future.Many thanks !Business Response

I have paid for this e-mail service and it is up to date and current . All of a sudden I cannot access my e-mail and there is zero customer support assistance . They simply do not respond and do not provide any way to contact a live person to get resolution.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: they have ABSOLUTELY no way for the customer to contact them by phone. I was able to cabbage their email so I ******* them with emails when email goes down. Their contact system is a JOKE. I have contacted my bank and was assured they can reclaim my funds when/if I want them to. I don't want that, but ****** needs to live up their name and have a way their customers can contact them EASILY. Last outage, they claimed was work on their server. OK, HOW ABOUT NOTIFYING YOUR CUSTOMERS IN ADVANCE YOU'RE GOING TO BE DOWN???!!!!!!!!!

I have been unable to access my email with Reagan.com for at least a couple months now. There was no notice given, attempts to change my password are unsuccessful. I've tried to reach out to their support team, leaving a message on their chat help menu, and have received no response. In trying to send them communication, it will state security question but the question is not there and you can't proceed without an answer. In their "check all boxes that have a motorcycle", the picture does not show up that would allow you to check the boxes with a motorcycle. The Support link doesn't work. my email stopped over night. It is the only email I use. It is very important for me to get back on. If I owe something to continue, I will pay. It stopped over night with no warning. Every two years they send me something to pay. Now I cannot even get on the web site to pay. I really would like my emails back. Please help. I called and left messages with the phone and tried emailing them. No response.
