I have two accounts, ************************************** My CC was charged on, 7/3/25, my checking account was deducted on 7/28/25. ***************** acct stopped working 7/21/25 in the afternoon. I contacted their "chat" at 6:39 PM 7/21/25 at 9:50 AM 7/22/25 I received from "AnswerBot" How did your chat go? I answered & than started a new chat at that time. It's now 12:20 PM and no response from the "chat" I also called ************ & left a detail message. I was able to see on ***************** this morning service was stopped for non payment. I paid it this AM from my checking acct. service is now working. I paid $40.00 three times for 2 accts. they owe me $40.00, I can't get anybody to respond to chat or phone message I left. Same thing happened two years ago I suggested they combine both accts into one with the same renewal date and associate the two email address with the other, at that time they said "their system" doesn't work that way. Their customer service is atrocious along with being unresponsive a 5 minutes phone call should be able resolve this saving me alot of time and frustration.Business Response

7/30/25 I'm unable to access my ****** emails. On 7/26/2025 when I tried to open my email, a little note popped up saying something about a 'captcha' and I couldn't open my mail. There was no captcha there. It also said the either my address or my password was incorrect. BOTH WERE CORRECT but I changed the password anyway and tried again, to no avail.THEN a lock was put on my emails which I'm unable to get rid ***** account its paid in full for one year.I've written them three times, no response.I've tried their "live chat" assisstance for two days but there hasn't been anyone there to chat with.this is complicating my life. 6 days ago my ******. Com email stopped working. I was unable to log in or change my password. Now it says my access is blocked. I just renewed my platinum membership last month. Ive called and emailed with no response. This is currently my only email available and need access.Business Response

My Reagan.com email ceased to work on 6/23/25. It popped up with a failure notification and said please re-enter your password. I haven't entered one in so long I went through the reset procedure. Then it popped up with a "captcha" fail message. I tried to hip the help button but it came back with a message that it was no longer a functioning entity. Now I try to chat with them and it says no agents are available, please email us and we will get in touch with you. Now I'm no genius, but how are they going to communicate with me via email, if I can't get into my email? I don't check this often enough to know if it's an auto renewal issue or what's happened but something is fishy when I see that there have been multiple, similar complaints. I don't like the look of some of the "resolutions" I think someone needs to get to the bottom of these issues and let people know what is going on with this company....Initial Complaint

This is an update. It has been over a year. My ****** email is not functional. Repeated attempts to get support have been ignored. Two consistent responses (when they condescend to respond) are 1)I see that your email is active and by active I am only able to access a very tiny screen which I access daily to delete all the messages since I cannot access the actual content of any of them. This being said, the other useless response I have gotten for a year 2) We have EMAILED you. Seriously? I requested a ************* responded by saying I didnt tell them in time (within 30 days) which was when I was unable to get support. At the very least, I deserve 2 out of the 3 years of payments submitted which would be $66. Again, no response.Initial Complaint

My wife's computer crashed and we replaced it. The Tech that set it up could not get the email working telling us that it was apparently terminated for non-payment. During the week ending June 7 chat was working and I was told that her old email was still available and they would do something to make it appear available on line so we could renew it. This week even chat doesn't work and when we try to select her old email online it still tells us it is not available. Also when selecting customer support from the ********************** website it says "Oops, this site no longer exists." I am concerned that Reagan.com may no longer be a going concern and we should both find another provider. We really don't want to go through changing our email again. Email subscriptions for my spouse and myself and the service repeatedly downloads the same emails over and over from their server, even when deleted, reported as junk. These emails from 6-12 months ago keep reapprearing. I have notifed their support email address. Nothing has been corrected, it continues to happen even after months of trying to contact them. The system will not let me log on their website, won't let me reset my password. This service is unusable and not condusive to try to conduct my personal affairs and contact with frineds, family and my own personal business. There is also so much spam that there is no way they do not sell our information as advertised, which is why I wanted the private email and paid for it versus a free email like ****** etc... There is no phone number for support and the email address on the website is unattended and there is no response or no resolution even if they send the initial automated reply. I would like a refund of the 2 years prepaid service that my spouse and I paid for our seperate, private email accounts.Initial Complaint

I attempted to renew my account with ******,com for three years on four times. Each time the transaction was marked as "failed". I was contacted by my bank though the **************** and told them the charges were real and each time they authorized payment it was still marked "failed" by Reagan.com. It was difficult to contact Reagan.com as they only converse thru email or an online chat program. Two different agents at Reagan.com told me it was the bank refusing payment and to try again. That is why I tried four times with two different credit cards. The support was so bad and the comments were so standardized I finally said I wanted to cancel my order and no longer used their email service. Again the emailed contacts were not helpful, asking if I have another email address or telling me to clear my cache in order to make the order work. The account was set up with automatic renewal and there is no way on line to change or cancel automatic renewal. I contacted them again asking for confirmation the account would be closed and that I would not be charged. The response always comes many hours later and does not confirm cancellation. I just want them to confirm I will not be charged and that it is cancelled.When I said I would report them to the BBB communications stopped and I have not heard from the since Again, I just want them to confirm I will not be charged and that it is cancelled.
