    I haven't been able to log in to ****************** for months, it allows me to reset my password and then rejects the login, I need access to my email in order to verify a credit from a vendor so this is losing me $$. There is no way to contact **********, no one ever responds on their Live Support Chat, there is no way to contact them by phone, this service is a total scam. I just want it to work.

    I was locked out of my ***************** email account on Friday, 4 October 2024. Since then, I have tried to reset my email account using the normal self-procedure multiple times without effect (the password change is accepted, but I remain locked out). Subsequently, I have tried to obtain online support via the "Live Support" function in the Member Area without any success. I have sent multiple chat-texts over the last 4+ days with no response. My account is paid through 2027, and I would like to get my account restored and an explanation why I haven't gotten the onilne support that everyone should be getting.     ****** Support reviewed the client's account and we see that the account is active. We replied to the user's support ticket from October 10, 2024 however we did not find any other inquiries. We are awaiting confirmation that the user is able to successfully log into their account.

    Hello, hope all is well. I was referred to you by the Florida BBB. I currently have an account with ******. Com ******************** )) Im paid in full until 2026. I stopped getting my emails in my box on September 27 2026.I noticed that my phone first would not let me retrieve my emails and said the password did not match, although nothing on my phone had been changed. I then went into my web page and opened the email account, and nothing was coming through. I opened live chat and no response from them at all for 6 days.I then attempted to call them thru a number I found on a reply from someone on a complaint on your web page. I left at least 15 messages with my phone number and an alternate email address I had listed on my account on ****** .com **************** with no answer. I have all of my va hospital appointments coming to that email. Can you please help me. Thank you ****** *******

    I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT! IT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED for "non-payment" for the ***** year! I PAID IT ON AUG. 11th BEFORE it was due! I have filed 2 complaints with the BBB as support is NON-EXISTENT (live chat NEVER RESPONDS). I have now been forced through circumstances to create an alternative email at this time **************************** I have also filed a complaint with ******. I am attaching for the 3rd time the images that prove my case:1. ****** proof that I paid this on Aug. 11th (note: Fortify Technologies is who processed this on behalf of Reagan.com)2. My creditunion entry showing this transaction was completed on Aug.14th BEFORE I due date of Sept. 1. 2024

    I have been unable to login to this Reagan.com email service for four days. I paid $99 dollars for three years. Chat box does not work with no response. I changed the password several times to see weather I am able to reset the password, but does not work and does no allow me to login. I am not sure if they are still in business. There is no to contact information anywhere listed . Please help.

    Email not accessible for 5 days getting email in spam folder no answer from live help, several phone calls and left messages. Company will not answer my attempts to get emails. Paid until 2026

    I paid my membership fee in August 2024. Since 9/14/24 I have been unable to access my emails.I've tried various new email addresses but nothing happens. The help desk is closed. I have had this account for about ***** years with out any problems. I just want to know what the problem is and if this is the of end of restoring my account/membership with Reagan.com.

    I have paid my email renewal fee of $40 to reagan.com. Then tried to log in and it would not work. I changed my password, and it said you are now able to log in but I never could. I have tried and tried. The chat never works. ever. It has been about 3 weeks since I was able to log in. I have years of info. there that I can't afford to lose. I see the same issues in the reviews. Why do they do this? My email there is *********************

    ****** Support determined that the account was renewed on 9/17/24 and is indeed active. Support sent the user a message to their alternate email address to confirm the renewal and that they can log in. If they are still experiencing a log in issue thereafter, they can reset their password. We await confirmation of a successful log in.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I still cannot log in. Just telling me I can log in doesn't make it so.

    I have tried and tried to contact chat to help but there is never any one there to help. No one ever shows up. 

    I have tried and tried to log in even changing my password. Nothing has changed. I will expect someone to contact and explain. I have had technicians try to no avail.

    I appear to be locked out of my email account with ****** for the last three days. I tried all the trouble shooting I can think of including changing my password. No response whatsoever. I've been a satisfied member for over 10 years. Extremely frustrating. I do not have an alternate email account. Solely relied on the ****** account. Thank you.
