1 starThis company is completely inept. They could not even list the correct parts that needed be replaced when my trailer was damaged in an accident, and then when I complained to a manager and demanded the estimate accurately reflect the damaged parts, the company left the estimate exactly the same numbers and just changed door to ramp. No, a trailer ramp does not cost the exact same as a tack room door. They also reported to State Farm that I had approved the estimate, which is an outright lie. I love State Farm, but they should end any relationship with Snapsheet before their own reputation is tarnished.Review fromPatrick C

1 starAbsolute worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with after accident. Keeps undervaluing the repair costs which will cost me out of pocket for a not at fault accident.Review fromKaren Z

1 starNot even worth giving them a single start. They stink. Failure to communicate. Failure to follow up. Failure to help AT ALL! 3rd party vendor for REMOVEDand they do absolutely NOTHING!! My Camper has been stuck in their 'review' status for months. Haven't been able to use at ALL in 2024. On going still as of 10/3/2024. Incident took place in Mid January of 2024. Complained they needed pictures that were submitted 3 times! THREE TIMES! State farm sent them and the repair shop sent them in. The "main contact person" refused calls or isn't available at the moment!!! REMOVED!!! This company needs to be shut down for sREMOVEDover people who pay a lot of money to be properly and safely insured!Review fromJoseph D

1 starThis company has done nothing but make this process difficult. I hit an animal on my motorcycle causing around $2k worth of damages. Snapsheet asked for detailed pictures, I sent them REMOVEDpictures showing all of the damage. I also sent part numbers of every piece that I needed. Snapsheet sent an estimate of about half of what was broke. I called and asked why the other part numbers werent included. They stated that they missed them on accident and would have it fixed by the end of the day, that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back. In those 2 weeks Ive called 6 times and was given the run around each time. This company REMOVEDand I hope to never deal w them again.Review fromKeith M

1 starI can already tell this is going to be a nightmare either getting my car fixed or getting it totaled. Back wheels on my car are canted out now and this place is trying to appraise it to only fix the body damage and not the mechanical damage. Its also an electric car and there was some weird sloshing and gurgling noise where the battery complement is located, since they are appraising it by a picture they cant even see something that might burn down your house.Review fromRebecca N

1 starI pay my premiums so when I do need to file a claim I expect my vehicle to be repaired correctly in a timely manner. Snap sheet has an algorithm to repair my car off an uploaded picture. Most the parts prices are not accurate and dont include shipping costs. In addition, they also low ball labor costs so instead of a skilled person you get subpar work. This is a horrible way to do business and I hope insurance companies using this are held accountable.Review fromJennifer B

1 starIm seeing a disturbing pattern here. Does anyone know of an auto insurance company that does not use snapsheet? I had an accident almost one month ago and my estimate was done on two pics. I had a shop send in an estimate and Im still waiting for a supplement in order to fix my car because the send me only $690 and I have an estimate at over $2000. This has been a nightmare.Review fromLarry W

1 starSnapsheet is the worst thing I've ever dealt with. I was hit on my motorcycle by a deer, causing extensive damage to my 2022 REMOVEDGlide. The dealership quoted damages and repairs at just under $19,000 with the bike retailing at $22,000 which should be a total loss. Before an initial estimate was given by the dealership Snapsheet issued a check for $6,700 dollars. Once Snapsheet received the estimate they readjusted the claim amount to a little over $12,000 and sent another check for a little over $5,600 which is still not even close to the dealerships estimate. There has been absolutely no communication between Snapsheet, State Farm to the dealership other than issuing small checks. I've called Snapsheet along with State Farm which I've had for years with no help or explanation from either on the estimate amount and why isn't the bike considered a total loss. I'm the one paying thousands of dollars for the maximum insurance on my motorcycle only to deal with this joke of a company. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews with Snapsheet and I'm sure nothing will be done about them. This whole experience will force me to take my insurance needs elsewhere as State farm has been little help as REMOVEDLuck with Snapsheet.Review fromTroy H

1 starState farm forced me to deal with this sham of a company, and they still have not called me regarding the claim despite State Farm stating they would call me within two hours, and then promised within 24, it's not 48 and of course they're closed on the weekend. This company is so bad they won't even respond to State farms attempts to contact them. Of they won;t return my calls either, so we're coming up on 30 days since the accident and we're no closer to resolution than we were on day 1.So, on July 20th, I simply file suit against the owner of the vehicle, and that way there will be a specific legal time frame to resolve the matter, and the business owner and State farm have already admitted 100% fault and liability, the damage quote is indisputable.Honestly the only reason i can fathom for any insurance to use these people is specifically to abuse and bully people and drag things out in hopes the victim will grow tired and desperate. And the way they abuse veterans is absolutely revolting.
