Vehicle was wrecked on 9/5/24, its now 10/28/24 and were still waiting on snapsheet to submit an accurate supplement to TURO. Absolutely not on this Earth in ******* can you replace an absent mirror, fill and paint match a 3ft long scratch, impaled window, 2 custom dipped rims, and 3 tires with 2 in or more gashes in them on $800. The original quote was $500. The vehicle is a custom *** 550 V8. This company doesnt take incoming calls or call you back EVER. I have been contacting every 3 days, body shop contacts every day. Absolutely no action taken still. Between Snapsheet and TURO I cant tell who the bigger fraud is.

Insurance claim since 10/02/2023 it is now 07/19/2024 this company has been a nightmare to deal with. I have 100% custom 1946 **** F1 that a tree fell on and this company is stating the my truck valued by State Farm with a $25k insurance policy was a confirmed total loss at $5874.00 I had a body shop finally get me and estimate submitted that. The estimate was $12898.00 their response was total damage at $7430.00. This truly feel is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with in my life and that is saying something.

This company has been assigned by my auto insurance company, USAA, to obtain an estimate from a body shop. The accident occurred January 5. They still have not contacted the body shop despite repeated calls to the insurer.

On October 27th I was involved in an accident. I contacted my insurance company who decided to you snapsheet to appraise my vehicle. On November 1st Snapsheet decided based off of accident scene pictures, without speaking to the collision center my vehicle was at, or getting an actual estimate for the total cost of repairs, to total my car. They never had an adjuster physically inspect my vehicle. They decided the cost of repairs to fix my car exceeded 75% of my cars cash value despite the fact that the collision centers estimate was at 32%, which does not meet Michigans requirement for totaling out a vehicle.
