    This company has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

    REMOVEDrefuses to cancel recurring billing even though I have requested in writing in their official tool. They insisted I call to cancel, which I did, but then was told the department I had to speak with is only available until 5 even though the e-mail from that department said it was open to 8 PM. Even after escalating to a manager on the phone and having her put a note on my file, I was still billed against my will and plan to now start denoting every future charge as fradulent to my credit card company. REMOVEDneeds to honor customer wishes to cancel when submitted legally in writing.
