Hello, I have future flight November/2024 and need it to cancel. Normally Airline will work with you with voucher for future flights or help schedule other flight. **************** was nice but I had to buy new flight full price/or more with not taking any consideration of the money I already invested.

Can I leave a negative star? First of all, this was the worst experience that I have ever had while traveling. They overbooked the flight by 20% and didnt allow 6 of us on. They stated we didnt have a seat assigned and we did not check in. We all let them know that the system only allowed us to add bags, I also called twice try to be checked in where I was instructed both times to check in at the airport. Then at the airport they let us know that we shouldve checked in online. Not once were we apologized to and actually they made it seem as if they were doing us a favor by booking our flight the next day. I lost a day of work, others lost a day of work and others lost a day of school. I was also told that they only saw my bags added and nothing else. A couple minutes later they were trying to charge me to check my bags. When I had proof and reminded the attendant that you just told me I paid she responded back with I cannot see that on my end. Made me pay for my bag again and then tried to gaslight me so I can think she didnt tell me she saw that I paid for my checked bags. This was only in the first 5 minutes, I have 3 hours worth of issues from this airline in *********** ******. When I spoke to a supervisor they did not want to give me a refund. Instead they gave me 300 pesos for dinner, this wouldnt even purchase a 6inch sandwich for me and my companion who was also inconvenience by this overbooking. I have never been so disrespected by an overbooking on an airline.

Same experience with Volaris as all others. They are tricksters. Offered $700 total flight credit for changing our flight, so we agreed. When it came time to use our flight credit, they make it impossible.Anyone up for a Class Action Lawsuit?

I flew with Volaris on June 9, 2024. My flight was scheduled to depart from ****** to *********** at 2:45 am, arriving at 5:51 am. I arrived to the airport 3 hours before the flight to document my baggage (as I had already done my check in through the Volaris web page). During my check in I also purchased a seat for extra leg space at one of the emergency exits at a $30.00 dls charge. However, when I was checking in my bags at the airport I was told by the customer service representative that the flight was delayed 3 hours and would now be departing at 5:45 am. She also told me that we would be getting an email from Volaris because they were giving us a $250 dollars credit to use for a future flight within a year of purchase due to the last minute notice of the delayed flight. Also, she handed me a food voucher to buy something at ************* while waiting in the terminal for my flight to depart. So far... everything seemed reasonable (I thought to my self), the airline is trying to make up and compensate for their last minute notice on the delay. However, when I was in the terminal I tried to use my food voucher which to my disappointment was no good and not accepted at ************* inside the terminal. Then when boarding time arrived I was very very disappointed to find that the airline did not respect my right to be seated an an emergency exit which by the way, I had payed for. I was seated an a regular "no extra space seat" and payed $30 dollars for that, Ridiculous! To crown my bad experience, I never got the email with supposedly $250.dollars credit. I tried to follow up with the airline a few days later to explain by bad experience and I got an email back where they are giving me a $41 dollar credit (which I have to use before the year ends) stating that they weren't able to verify that all of this happened. VOLARIS, is absolutely deceitful and proves they careless about their customers. Shame on them.

Today I flew with Volaris and I don't want to post my boarding info on here but I hope and pray someone contacts me. I don't know the flight attendants name because she was hiding her name tag. At first when I first sat down she was yelling at me that I had my phone out and that I needed to put it away while people were still getting in the plane; I was confused because I didn't hear anything about putting our phones away. Well I responded back and said to her that I don't understand why I have to put my phone away if people are still boarding and then I said "this is so stupid". I NEVER CALLED HER STUPID. Well she said this in Spanish "okay estpida ahorita les digo qu te saquen" and she walked away walking towards the pilot. Mind you people are still boarding at this time. So I start getting nervous because I am with my daughter and I felt this was unfair because I never called her stupid. Well she comes back and gives me these terrible mean facial features and tells me I am stupid and that she is not going to attend me. I told her that wasn't a problem because I wasn't going to request anything from them. This was a 3 hour and 40 minute flight and nobody asked me or my daughter if we wanted anything.Well we land and it's only me and my daughter left on that plane and she was following me harassing me and she said "adios estpida" and she continued to say evil things in front of my daughter. I felt so unsafe and very harassed. I even told the crew and no one did anything about it. I was being harassed and I didn't even get a video or a picture of her but there should be cameras in the plane so you all can see what happened. I am still shaking from what happened and my daughter was scared also. I had a terrible experience with Volaris on my first flight heading to ****** and now on my way back home. I have never had something like this happen to me before. I had no one to help me and my daughter is still shaking as well.

I purchased tickets with seats assigned online... Day of return apparently no seats or flight was booked or payed even with my proof of email... Took next available flight didn't make it to work... They apparently gave me vouchers... That can only be used in separate reservations..???... Chump change... However vouchers are not valid online..? They can only make the reservation over the phone with completely different prices... And with voucher in place I was still paying a lot more than two regular tickets? Obviously robbing... Ask to speak to manager Not sure if correct name ************************* said not allowed to speak with a manager wouldn't give a badge or ID number to verify his identity... Worse online and customer service... Zero

My husband, my 8 month old daughter, and I booked this flight many months in advance to take a vacation to ***********, MEX - one of his favorite cities - as we both prepared to go back to work full time the day after returning from this vacation. On the flight there #Y4907 departing Thursday, March 6 at 5:30pm, we got to the airport and were in the loading bridge about to get on the plane when they had everyone disembark. After waiting an hour, they cancelled the flight. We had to re-book for the same flight the next day and did not get the lost night in our accommodations reimbursed. They offered us a $200 voucher which was only good for one month. On our return flight #Y4906 returning on Sunday, March 24 at 1:26pm. We arrived at the airport to discover that they had bumped us off our flight (along with a number of other families waiting in the same line). They did not have any flights to ******* until the next day or two days later. I was starting a new job on Monday. The only way we could make it back in time was to take a flight to ******, #Y4950 departing at 8:14pm on Sunday, March 24 and rent a car. We did not get back home until 3am on Monday morning with our infant and mere hours before I had to get on the train for day one at my new position.Volaris offered us another voucher, which we declined, asking them - at minimum - to simply reimburse us for our rental car cost. They declined to do this, saying all they could offer was a voucher. At this point we were attempting to resolve the issues with our return flight, the departing flight voucher expired. So we ended up with our flights on both end causing travel delays of 24 hours and 12 hours, respectively with absolutely no type of compensation from the airline. All this happened while traveling with a very small child, something that added additional costs and sleeplessness due to the disrupted eating and sleeping schedules.

Purchased roundtrip tickets with seat assignment and was told that the seat assignment had not gone through. I went back to select the seats and the price for the same seats had doubled. On my check in date, the system did not allow me to check in because I had an outstanding balance for the seats I had already paid for 4 months before. I emailed Volaris and my credit card company. Volaris online system says it takes two days to respond to emails but it took almost three weeks, only to get an email stating to contact my credit card company, I have tried emailing, calling, whatapping and Volaris is unresponsive. If I had not paid the outstanding balance, I would not have been able to check in. We should not allow these tactics take place. This airline should be banned from doing business in the U.S.
