We most sincerely regret that the customer was not satisfied with this years ornament purchase. Company Policy dictates that we request photos of the items received by the customer so that our **************************** can determine the reason for the stated issues. However, the items were not available to provide photos per the customer. We sincerely appreciate the customers loyalty to the Personalization Mall brand and have issued a Store Credit for the amount of the merchandise as a one time courtesy.
