5 starsGreat buy! I have purchased at least 5 over the last year for coworkers that are retiring.They are beautifully crafted and everyone I have given this to, has brought most to tears. Because of the wording and the beauty of it, I will continue to purchase gifts from "Personalization Mall" because they do a fantastic job and the items are crafted very well.They will not disappoint you! 5 starsI have placed several orders with this company over the past several years. We have always been pleased with the quality of the products as well as the price. Service is excellent! The product turnaround and shipment is very quick and the merchandise is carefully packaged. I have only had to call about a missing item from one previous order and Personalization Mall was very prompt to resolve the matter. Totally satisfied and confident to continue doing repeat business with PM and to recommend this company to family and friends. I immediately sent an email and I was so surprised to receive a prompt reply to my request to change the name - and I was yet more surprised to actually receive this item and the name had been corrected to the right name.
