I purchase furniture for total amount of $ ******* from Choice Furniture Liquidators of ********************** aka Darma Furniture.I purchased two bookcase cabinets, desk, two desk chairs, a rug, couch, four bar stools) on 11/21/2021.The items delivered to me have visible defects, they are unstable and above that during the delivery my wooden floor were scratched. I would like to itemize each of the item I complain:Desk poorly made, emitting toxic fume, damaged, has crack on outside panel, bottom edge has damage, back panels are not painted on connection,Bookcase cabinets week and poor manufacturing, entire cabinets wobble and can tip, cheaply made. Poor construction makes furniture weaker, not able to handle weight. Also emitting toxic fume, back wall finish not completed on edges and corners, different size of bolts of sliding doors, drawers difficult to be pulled off, and are not painted inside,Couch damaged (fabric was ripped when product was delivered.Overall, every piece of the furniture is poorly made and above that the items were heavily damaged during transportation and delivery.The desk and bookcases were NEVER used by me and never will be due to hazardous conditions they are in. Im forced to store them in separated room were no people, especially children are allowed. Furniture wobbles to a point where there is a potential risk of them tipping which could cause injury.The furniture had no caution instruction how to safely utilize them.Delivery was made by two employees not equipped properly for the job. Not enough manpower caused the damage to my wooden floors in my front room and living room. I was rushed to sign off the papers so the delivery man can continue their route.I was not given proper time to examine the pieces that were delivered.I have not used the bookshelves and desk I am not interested in fixing or replacing items for anything this store sells. I like to returned the unused items and be reimbursed for amount of $ *******
