Purchased an elliptical through Nautilus. Was instructed to call Go Configure when the unit arrived which I did on the same day. I spoke with someone who said I'd receive a call back later that day to schedule an appointment. This was on Friday, Jan 13. Never received a response. Called Go Configure again on Sat, Jan 14 and received the same explanation that someone would call back that day. Nothing. Called Go Configure again on Sun, Jan 15 and exactly the same story. Called once again on Mon, Jan 16 and was told they could not get ahold of the technician to schedule a date. Allegedly this was escalated to a district coordinator to get scheduled but another day without being contacted about an appointment to schedule for the elliptical to be assembled. I am rejecting this response because: The appointment was scheduled as the company said they would for yesterday (Thurs, Jan 19) between 5 and 8 PM. When the appointment was scheduled the technician said they'd be there right around 5 PM.At 6:15 PM I called the company and asked if I could be provided with an ETA. The company claims they tried to contact the technician. Needless to say, no one ever arrived for the assembly appointment and I have heard nothing back since. This company is a total scam and should be further investigated as fraudulent based on the number of exact same complaints filed against them.

I have been waiting for Go Configure to perform a warranty repair on my treadmill for over two weeks now. The initial call for repair was made on 12/27/22, I received my parts on 12/29/2022 and was suppose to receive a call to set up an appointment at that time. I contact them on 1/2/2023 and have spoken to them over 6 times since then. I was just now able to schedule a repair, but not for another 9 days. They have been giving me a run around and telling me they cannot get in touch with their technician. The timely service has been awful and completely unacceptable.Business Response

I purchased a Playset and assembly from **** Club over one month ago to ensure ample time for delivery and assembly before Christmas. To date, I have not received any specific information about my assembly or the assembly process. I never received any email or order number. I have contacted ****, spent hours waiting for customer service, called Go Congifure daily for weeks, and now I am down to the day of Santa visiting my son, and the gift that I carefully saved for on my fixed disability income is ruined. I am a single, disabled mother, and I have had three custody lawsuits this year, and I cannot afford to hire someone else to assemble my play set. This is atrocious service, and I am enraged by this treatment.Business Response

This company should be out of business. They scheduled 7 different appointments and they never showed. The one time they did come the individual didnt put the unit together correctly. The so called supervisors had terrible customer service . DO NOT USE this service ********** should be embarrassed that they use this firm.Business Response

Hired Go Configure to put together a swing set. The guy cracked a board and just kept on going. He didn't bother to properly install the chalkboard. It was put up with a few screws, dangling off the wall, with other screws left scattered on the deck level. Called to complain and request that they assemble the swingset correctly as paid for. At first was told we should be all set and then the company demanded a few hundred dollars more for another guy to come out and fix and finish what the first guy didn't get done correctly. It's been 4 months and we don't have new parts and don't have the job done correctly. When we refused to pay twice for the work that should have been done correctly the first time, the customer service person essentially told us that these are "repairs" requiring more money under their policy. Do not use this company. They will take your money, do a horrendous job and then demand more money to fix it.Business Response

Awful company. You pay to have a service performed within 2 weeks of receiving your item (as per the agreement with purchasing said service). I called them THREE weeks AFTER my item was sitting there to have it set up. They finally call back a week later to "schedule" me to have my gazebo put up for 2 weeks later. The day comes for them to arrive between ****. At 12:30 I get a call that they have to cancel and reschedule for 3 weeks later. The crew they were sending out looked at the video of how to put the gazebo together and said it was too complicated. Ummm, isn't this what your company does? They have incompetent employees from the customer service all the way to the crew that assembles the items. Worst company and NO they will never be recommended. Since Oct 27, 2022, when I authorized charges to be placed on my credit card for services to be performed on either Dec 1 or Dec 2, I have been attempting to have the provider set up an appointment to perform said services. I have placed numerous phones calls to them and am repeatedly advised that I will receive a call from the "coordinator" within 24 hours and/or that they have been unable to reach the assigned technician. Further, they have told me that a new technician will be assigned because the original technician was unable to perform the services. This organization has not followed through on any of their commitments and has not performed their services, but they gladly took my credit card info and did nothing thereafter. While entering these comments, I received a call from someone who identified herself as "the coordinator" and she too advised me that she spoke to the technician but he is in the field and unable to confirm his schedule until this evening. She further stated, she would leave this open in her system and follow up with me tomorrow. That said, I informed her that this this is the SAME EXACT STORY I have heard from her organization no less than 3 times previously and I provided her with the names of the individuals who made those statements. Lastly, I advised her that I was adding comments to the BBB site, and that it appears that the issues I'm having are routinely posted to BBB by other customers seeking services. Meaning, this appears to be Standard Operating Procedure for this organization. In summary, this appears to be a "take the money and run" situation. I purchased a cozy escape playhouse from kidkraft in September. I paid an additional $800 to have it assembled with goconfigure. The appointment to have it assembled was cancelled and rescheduled several times. Finally, the man came out here, and said that his helper didnt show up, and that he wouldnt be able to do the job by himself. I had to pay someone to help him, and they werent able to come close to finishing the job. Goconfigure takes advantage of these workers and of the customers. They charge me top dollar for this service, and find someone who is willing to show up for a low rate, when it is not realistic to expect one person to put these things together. Its a 2 man job. I paid for the service, and they werent able to provide it. Total scam and rip off. I should have just found someone locally to do it the first time.Business Response

Since July 19, 2022, I have tried to have my Bowflex Revolution fixed, but I have not been able to get scheduled with a technician. I have had basically open schedule for a technician to come but unable to get scheduled. Had them escalate it so many times for them to find someone to come over. Once, I finally got someone to call me and said technician was schedule to come on 9/7 between 8am - 12pm, and was a no show no call. I had to call the company when got toward 12pm and the representative said couldn't get a hold of the technician but just to stay home and someone will come and they'll keep calling and then call me back. Then at 3pm called them and said heard nothing so what is the status and they said they'll reschedule it. I call every 3-5 business days and they still unable to find me anyone and I am not schedule with a technician as of 9/15/22. I have an open schedule basically and since 7/19/22 unable for a company to schedule a technician is unacceptable and unprofessional to keep saying they'll schedule someone soon. I can't use my equipment until it's fixed and and tired of hearing them state I will escalate it to regional scheduler to have you schedule and they'll call you in a few days and never do.Business Response
