      I purchased an item online from reputable retailer and paid for assembly at my location during the transaction. I received the item over 5 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to give me any date to assemble. I have called twice a week for the past 3 weeks on Monday and Friday hoping to get some sort of resolution. I end up disappointed each week as nothing is done and no appointments available. Come On? Seriously?

      Order ***** We purchased ************* gazebo from backyard discovery in November 2022, and paid for installation. We paid $2900 which included a $600 installation charge. The gazebo arrived in a timely manner and we were contacted by GoConfigure to schedule an installation date, approx 2 weeks later. The date came and we were notified that morning that it would be cancelled due to cold temps. Within a few days we were contacted and given a new installation date, which was once again cancelled the day of. At this time installation was put on hold for 3 months because it was now December. By March we had not been contacted with a new installation date, despite the mild winter and temps in our area. We were given another installation date, April 12. A few days prior to that day, we were once again contacted and told there was an issue with the technician and they would have to cancel. We were told they would contact ** with a new date. After a week of no contact, we called GoConfigre and were once again given new date, April 28. On April 26, cancelled once again with the reason being that technician was no longer with them. Each time, we are told by GoConfigure that they will need to contact a technician to schedule a date and get back to **. About a week goes by with no contact, at which point we call them and then are given a date approximately 2 weeks out. We are still waiting for our latest reschedule date.

      I am rejecting this response because:  goConfigure did nothing to rectify the situation. They rescheduled our installation a month out from the previous date given. At this point I canceled the service and we installed the gazebo ourselves.  This gazebo was delivered in November of last year and we were given a date two weeks after delivery for installation. After that and another date was canceled we were put on hold for the winter after which we put the boxes in storage. In the spring we were given an installation date of April 12 and got the boxes out of storage. That date and and another on April 28th.  As of May 5th the gazebo was still not installed. Despite efforts on our part to protect the boxes from the elements, by covering with a tarp, the boxes sustained water damage.  How do we know when we would end up installing this ourselves we would have done it back in November when it was first delivered, before any water damage could have occurred. Now we are requesting monetary compensation from GoConfigure.

      I am rejecting this response because:  we want GoConfigure to be held responsible for the 6 months of inconvenience they caused.  We received a refund for assembly from Backyard Discovery. However, the numerous cancellations from GoConfigure resulted months of delays. Furthermore after being put on hold for the winter we but the boxes in storage.  When they scheduled a date in April we took them out of storage where they sat on our patio for another month. Despite efforts on our part to protect the boxes from the elements, upon opening they were water damaged.  In the end, we assembled the structure ourselves. Had we known GoConfigure was going ** numerous bogus dates for scheduled installation, only to end up assembling ourselves, we would have done this last fall upon delivery of the gazebo. This company is a joke and needs to be held responsible for their actions, or lack thereof.

      Ordered a pergalo from ********** & paid for Go Configure to assemble on March 7th. I was finally given a date for assemble April 21. No one showed. When I called, I was told there was no record of that date being schedueld. My husband used/lost a day of vacation to be there. I have called every day since and am told the same thing every time - "Your order has been escalated and a district manager will be in contact." That was four days ago. I have called every day since April 21st and still no one has made an attempt to schedule an appointment. This company should not be in business. Period.

      I had an appointment scheduled for April 4, 2023 for assembly of a backyard playset. That day, no one showed up for the appointment and no one from Go Configure notified me of a cancellation. The technicians showed up four days later on April 8. They were unable to complete the project that day and said they would come back on Monday, April 10. Again, no one showed up that day and no one from Go Configure contacted me about a cancellation or rescheduling. The technicians returned on Tuesday, April 11. They left without properly anchoring the playset to the ground. They caused damage to the playset while attempting to anchor it at incorrect points. At that point I contacted Go Configure to tell them that the installation was not complete and the technicians would need to return to complete the work and repair the damage. Another technician returned on Thursday, April 13. The technician said he couldn't complete the installation and that another technician would return the next morning on Friday, April 14 to complete the job. Again, no one from Go Configure contacted me to provide a window of time when the technician would arrive. On April 14, I called Go Configure at noon and they said the technician would arrive around 2PM. Once 2PM came and went, I called back and they said they had no idea where the technician was and they had no other help to offer me. When I tried to reschedule for another day they told me I couldn't do that because in order to schedule that they would need to get in contact with the technician who was **** The lack of communication and incompetence with this company is astounding. This was a costly installation and I have zero confidence the work will ever be complete. I have submitted photos of the playset improperly anchored at 6 locations, and damage to the playset.

      Play set order #********* Ordered on 3/6/23. paid $3,898.99 for the order and installation. Was told we would get would a date set within 3-5 business days of product arriving.Product arrived no more than a week later. We went back and forth your Go Configure about getting a date set, went through 4 different technicians, finally, on the last one we got a date set. 4/10/23. between 9AM-1PM. That technician no call no showed.It is now 4/12/23. I have yet to receive any idea of date or time about a new installation date from this company, which will more than likely be set 2+ weeks out. I have equipment sitting in a cardboard box that has been rained on and left to sit. I don't know if I'll even trust the structure once it's built because of the length of time it was left to just sit like that. I am requesting my money back from KidKraft for the entire purchase and expect a call back from someone in regards to the absolute lack of communication from this company.

      Our original order for a Nautilus T618 Treadmill was placed on Dec 15, 2022. It took multiple visits from Go Configure assembly team, and after three deliveries of different parts, including a motor, and a brand new treadmill. our machine has still not been assembled -- three and a half months and we have two treadmills not working inside our lounge. We are absolutely fed up. Apparently, there is one assembly person almost 2 hours away from us, but even he doesn't come. This is the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We just don't know what to do!!!!!

      We have continually asked for it to be sent higher than the regional manager, but nothing is escalated. At this point, we have no faith that the job will be completed.

      I recently purchased a playground set from Backyard Discovery. I purchased this swingset with assembly through GoConfigure. I have had to call 20+ times to get scheduled. I have been cancelled on by technicians, called again, still no date to come back except weeks in the future. I paid almost 800 for this assembly service and it is the most difficult process to receive the service I paid for. After looking at reviews online, I see that so many people are also upset and faced with the exact same problem. I believe this company is committing fraud as they do not provide the service they state they are going to.

      They want your money up front and schedule you out a week or two, not paying attention to weather. It was raining on the first day scheduled. Instead of prioritizing me first, they put me on the tail end of schedules making me wait another week in a half. The week in a half came, and the new technician was a no show and no call from 9 am to 4 pm and after. Now, I have to wait to be reschuled again, which may take a week or more. This is not fair to me, the customer - and they"ve had my money for at least a month now.

      I have been calling for a week requesting a date to assemble a fireplace I received Friday. Each call I receive a different lie about a call to a technician even been told they called district manager. I have a 100 pound fireplace in my den. No one has called with an install date and time yet. When you call the ***** number its useless I will never do this again.
