      I have been dealing with this for 8 months. ******** customer service. I purchase a playset from ******* on 7/9/24 and paid for assembly because we were moving in a new build and had a lot of work going on. They didnt install it correctly, the slide was coming up and the technician confirmed to me that they lost screws in my grass and used whatever he had in the truck. This is highly unacceptable for any equipment install but especially for equipment that children will be playing on. Some bolts were over tightened and some were not tightened enough. Because of this, it created cracks in the wood. As kids are swinging on it, it makes a cranking/cracking sound. I was told by the technician that this is normal with wood. Ive never hear that before. Also the stakes have come out the ground. I was told that they should have sent metal stakes and I would be response for that at an addition cost. This is not why I paid to have this professionally installed by professionals. I live in **** where we have hurricanes and this is not lasting without a hurricane. I have been in constant communication with this company and have sent numerous pictures and videos of the defects. I was told to have it disassembled that I would be responsible for the cost. If it was assembled correctly, I would not have to get it disassembled. The worst part is that every time my children go outside, they just look at the swingset. This hurts my heart that they are paying for this.

      The original technicians have ruined a playset we paid Go Configure to install through *******. The play structure is unsafe and Go Configure has not delivered on the service we paid for. Furthermore, they have re-scheduled several appointments and we are still awaiting "repairs" they have promised to make

      We ordered a Backyard Discovery playset through ********** and our installation on this playground set has been changed 5 different times. We don't ever hear from the company when they are rescheduling, they just no call/no show. Today it is beautiful, no rain. We have a text message and email confirmation that they were supposed to install our playground set on May 2nd and arrive between 8-Noon. We called Go Configure after no one showed up and the "tech cancelled" without any reason what so ever. This has been the 5th rescheduling. They are now supposed to come tomorrow, May 3rd and it is supposed to rain. I don't believe that this company will ever complete the job. I asked for a refund and they said no compensation is given until AFTER the job is completed. Well... if they never complete the job, how can we get compensation for calling off of work multiple days and calling to deal with rescheduling. This is completely unacceptable. Hire a local company, do not use Go Configure!

      I purchased an assembly option for my daughters swingset back in February. It was scheduled for March 1. I took work off to be home, they cancelled that morning. They rescheduled for March 20. I called EVERYDAY asking for a sooner appointmentno one ever called or said they spoke to a technician only said they couldnt reach him every single time. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, March 20. They just called me tonight at 7pm to tell me they are cancelling again. Until next week. I am appalled and told them I wanted a different technician or something sooner than that. I have been blown off twice now, and when I call no one can ever get a hold of the technician. I have now taken work off twice to be home and its been cancelled

      Really bad experience. I have paid $561.38 for GoConfigure to order the wrong parts for my broken treadmill, and to order a technician to come out twice to my address to examine parts delivered to my address and check the treadmill, twice telling me that GoConfigure had ordered the wrong parts. This happened over the course of more than two months. Now they are telling me that I would owe $1313.18 for additional parts and repair service. This is nearly twice the current cost of the treadmill that I would have liked to repair. I'd like a refund.

      I received my machine bought "professional setup service" from Bowflex. I have been calling for the past week and they tell me they "call texted and emailed the technician and will call me back when they have an update". No communication at all whatsoever.

      We still have a non functional M9 Max ********** is now the December2023. Claim placed September 2023 We bought the extended warranty hoping that would have gave us peace of mind. We originally reported the nonfunctional equipment in September 8,2023- we did not have a technician show up until 10/11/23. The technician was unable to fix, left the Max ******* disassembled and told us parts were ordered. We received parts short time later. Again- it is now the December. We have an eyesore sitting in our living room. We do not want to move it because we are afraid of further damage. We have reached out to Go Configure ******************-888-5424) almost every day, every time, we are told someone would call us back. No one has called. We do not know what else to do. We bought the top of the line equipment with warranty. Several months have gone by with no resolution. Only have had a technician at *********** times. It was not due to waiting on parts, we received those within 5 days. This company is horrible.

      I filed a warranty claim on September 27th, 2023 for an issue I was having with my Bowflex Velacore 22". GoConfigure was assigned my warranty claim through ****** Warranty. On October 7th 2023 a technician came to my house to fix my Bowflex bike. The technician assumed we had parts for the bike although the issue had never been diagnosed prior to him coming out. The technician stated he was ordering the parts and they should arrive at my house within a week. The parts did not get ordered until October 19th 2023 and they arrived on October 25th 2023. I notified GoConfigure that the parts had been received at my house. GoConfigure told me they would notify their technician and they would contact me to schedule an appointment within 2 business days. A full week went by before I called GoConfigure yet again. I spoke to someone on the phone and I was told they would call me back by the end of the day to get me scheduled. That day came to an end and I never heard from anyone AGAIN. I called back the following day November 3rd 2023 and spoke with someone else. They recognized my phone number and said I should have been contacted already. I even spoke to the district supervisor on November 3rd 2023 and she ensured me the technician was going to get me scheduled over the weekend and also informed me she would follow up with me today November 6th 2023. It is currently 4pm pacific standard time and I have not heard from anyone. I do not know what to do at this point or who to even contact. I feel that I have taken all possible steps and have been patient in waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. The lack of communication is my complaint. GoConfigure doesn't even have the courtesy to follow up with customers when they say they will.

      On May 24, 2023, we bought a $2700 Backyard Discovery 12' x 10' Brindlewood Gazebo from ********** with installation services provided by Go Configure. Go Configure has this listed as Order Number 7307057.The gazebo was delivered on June 6, 2023. It took more than three weeks to schedule our installation for July 11, 2023. We were ghosted on the first scheduled date and given a second date of 07/18/2023. The scheduled window was **** but they arrived at 3 PM and continued to work until 10:45 PM. The next morning, we checked and half of the roof was missing and many pieces had cracks. We provided Go Configure with many of photos of the build. They scheduled a repair technician to come on 08/02/2023. The original technician showed up to our house unannounced on 07/22/2023 and attempted finish the work. After this unannounced visit the gazebo is still not complete. The whole structure has more cracks, many screws are not attached, and critical support pieces are missing. We can lift the roof with one finger and the whole structure is shaky as well.We waited all day on 08/02/2023 and no one showed up. We called Go Configure and they said we do not have appointment or an open order. Go Configure said that the original technicians submitted the so-called completed photos so our case was closed. It is far from completed and more closely resembles "broken". We submitted many photos showing all the missing pieces, missing screws, missing supports, missing bolts, broken beams, cracked wood, etc. Go Configure scheduled another appointment on 08/04/2023. The repair technician did show up this time. He said our brand-new gazebo is in poor condition and needs many parts replaced for us to safely use it. We got an email from Go Configure stating they need 2 business days to research our case before they can give us their repair decision on 08/04/2023. We waited until 08/14/2023 and contacted Go Configure again. They are still waiting to make a repair decision on our gazebo.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I submitted this complaint on 8/15 and did not receive any response until we forwarded all the communication to the gazebo company: Backyard Discovery, on 8/31. Even though we're scheduled for repair on 9/20, history indicates your company will no-show or cancel the appointment. I will not accept your response as trying to resolve this situation. We also kept asking for part lists since the whole gazebo is broken and parts are missing, but we have never received one. Will we even get all of the required parts to fix it? So please dont just talk pretty, but also actually do your job right. We strongly suggest this case not be closed until the full gazebo is installed properly and is safe to use. You have wasted July to almost October on the same issue, so I wont treat this as a solution until we have all the necessary parts and the gazebo is fixed.

      We have had this waiting to be properly installed since June. There have been many days since then without weather issues. We have been available for installation since June as well. We are unavailable two weeks in October but that is no excuse for your previous failures and your cancellations in all months since June. We have accepted the scheduled appointment but you have already cancelled twice this month. One was not related to weather. We will see if this finishes in November. We will close this issue once it is solved.

      Reached out several times for a gazebo assembly thru **** club. They are always nice but they say the same exact thing every single time that the installer didnt answer and that they texted and emailed him. It has been 3 weeks of calling every day and I still dont have an installation date. With reaching out every day for three weeks and still not hearing back how I can I trust that when they do finally decide to provide an install date they will actually come? One of the worst experiences I have had and **** club refuses to help in anyway other than saying they will provide me a date soon and I need to reach out to go configure. I would recommend to everyone not to use their assembly service and find someone local who can assemble it instead.
