I have been dealing with this for 8 months. ******** customer service. I purchase a playset from ******* on 7/9/24 and paid for assembly because we were moving in a new build and had a lot of work going on. They didnt install it correctly, the slide was coming up and the technician confirmed to me that they lost screws in my grass and used whatever he had in the truck. This is highly unacceptable for any equipment install but especially for equipment that children will be playing on. Some bolts were over tightened and some were not tightened enough. Because of this, it created cracks in the wood. As kids are swinging on it, it makes a cranking/cracking sound. I was told by the technician that this is normal with wood. Ive never hear that before. Also the stakes have come out the ground. I was told that they should have sent metal stakes and I would be response for that at an addition cost. This is not why I paid to have this professionally installed by professionals. I live in **** where we have hurricanes and this is not lasting without a hurricane. I have been in constant communication with this company and have sent numerous pictures and videos of the defects. I was told to have it disassembled that I would be responsible for the cost. If it was assembled correctly, I would not have to get it disassembled. The worst part is that every time my children go outside, they just look at the swingset. The original technicians have ruined a playset we paid Go Configure to install through *******. The play structure is unsafe and Go Configure has not delivered on the service we paid for. I ordered an exterior storage shed from the ********** and with it, the service to set it up at $150.00. I have received the item and have been trying to reach out to Go Configure to arrange a suitable window to have the shed set up, but apparently, they are too busy to answer calls and their contact page on their website is useless. It does nothing when you click on submit to reach out to them. As a paying customer, having already paid for this service, I expect a little consideration in the form of customer service.Business Response

We have been trying to work with "GoConfigure" for the past 2 months on repairing a Bowflex elliptical machine. First they come out and were unable to fix the machine first, said they needed additional parts, then they order the parts but were going to charge for an additional visit, then they come out, leave without getting the machine put together completely, so now we are scheduled a 3rd visit for them to fix the machine, now on the day they are supposed to be out, they call to say they can't make the appointment time, and don't know when they will be out to fix the machine. This will mean 4 days I have taken off from work to be available for them to fix the machine that is less than 1 year old.Business Response

We ordered a Backyard Discovery playset through ********** and our installation on this playground set has been changed 5 different times. We don't ever hear from the company when they are rescheduling, they just no call/no show. Today it is beautiful, no rain. We have a text message and email confirmation that they were supposed to install our playground set on May 2nd and arrive between 8-Noon. We called Go Configure after no one showed up and the "tech cancelled" without any reason what so ever. This has been the 5th rescheduling. They are now supposed to come tomorrow, May 3rd and it is supposed to rain. I don't believe that this company will ever complete the job. I asked for a refund and they said no compensation is given until AFTER the job is completed. Well... if they never complete the job, how can we get compensation for calling off of work multiple days and calling to deal with rescheduling. This is completely unacceptable. We called regarding our Horizon Elliptical. It was not powering on. It's old so we knew that we would have to pay if it would be repairable. So contacted company and they told us we had to pay an initial $50 for technician to come out and diagnose problem. We did and he came out and got the power on almost immediately With some wiggling of power cord at connection point. Then he told us that the cod was fine but that there was some internal problem and that we probably needed a new internal power wire to stop this problem from continuing. Then the repair company said we would have to pay up front for the part and the repair technician to come out. So I paid $180.36 for the PO4 Power Wire ($6.03), shipping and taxes ($45.33) and Level 2 repair ($129.00). What a scam! 2nd tech came out, looked at power cord and inside elliptical and said that the power cord was damage. Told me what to order from Amazon for a grand total of $8.55. Then he told me I did not need the PO4 power wire. He said the original technician had misdiagnosed the problem. Consequently, I should not have had to pay for a wrong part and second technician visit. I would like the $180.36 refunded! The first person I talked to at GOCONFIGURE said she'd see what could be done but no response yet and the second person told me that they did not refund for parts but to call back tomorrow, Monday. I purchased an assembly option for my daughters swingset back in February. It was scheduled for March 1. I took work off to be home, they cancelled that morning. They rescheduled for March 20. I called EVERYDAY asking for a sooner appointmentno one ever called or said they spoke to a technician only said they couldnt reach him every single time. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, March 20. They just called me tonight at 7pm to tell me they are cancelling again. Until next week. I am appalled and told them I wanted a different technician or something sooner than that. I have been blown off twice now, and when I call no one can ever get a hold of the technician. Horrible customer service our swing set was delivered on March 11 2024 since we didn't hear when our swing set would be installed I called on March 14th and was told we were not even on the schedule and a message was sent to the technician and install manager and we would get a call back that day we never did. I called today March 15th and was told same thing waiting on technician to call back and we will get a call back on a day it can be installed. We were told when someone originally called us to get the information on when it would be delivered and what swing set we would hear something 24 to 48 hours after delivery with a install date we still don't have one. This company is a joke and horrible customer service we just want the swing set installed since that's what we paid for but instead it sits in 2 boxes on my driveway. As I canceled their services through Wayfair and will be receiving refund from them not this business. I had to find another company to install my swingset and was able to get a date and time within 5 minutes of my call unlike this company which never had one for us after almost 2 weeks and only communication was me calling constantly trying to get a date and time no effort at all was made on their end

Really bad experience. I have paid $561.38 for GoConfigure to order the wrong parts for my broken treadmill, and to order a technician to come out twice to my address to examine parts delivered to my address and check the treadmill, twice telling me that GoConfigure had ordered the wrong parts. This happened over the course of more than two months. Now they are telling me that I would owe $1313.18 for additional parts and repair service. This is nearly twice the current cost of the treadmill that I would have liked to repair. I'd like a refund.Business Response

I received my machine bought "professional setup service" from Bowflex. I have been calling for the past week and they tell me they "call texted and emailed the technician and will call me back when they have an update". No communication at all whatsoever.Business Response
