5 starsFrom what I'd read about cell phone purchasing companies in general I was expecting to have to fight just for the $63 SmartphonesPLUS. So I was very surprised when they were honest and informed me my phone was unlocked and paid me $88 instead.Of course no one can be happy about receiving so little for a phone in flawless condition that cost $1000+ just a few years ago, but that's not the fault of SmartphonesPLUS. The responsibility for phones that have to be discarded after just a few years lies solely with the cell phone manufacturers, who lie and claim they just can't make phones with replaceable batteries anymore, and on top of that only offer a few years of security updates.So I'm very happy with SmartphonesPLUS, and am sincerely impressed by their honesty and integrity.SmartphonesPLUS

5 starsThe customer service was excellent. ***** took the time to explain changes we had to make to my original agreement due to some ****** and dings on the side of my phone. However that was only 30 dollars less than the agreed amount, which I was content with. I also had banking and Venmo issues, he was super patient and helpful with my circumstances through to the end. Lastly he answered some questions I had about problems with past phones on the phone with me but finished it up with a post conversation email advising me further. Folks, if you need your phone serviced, tired of your old phone and want to sell it and/or get a new one, make these guys your choice. 100 percent satisfied with this company. 1 starSent in my Apple Watch besides the normal wear and tear they sent me an email with the picture attached with my watch, severely scratched up, saying that they can no longer honor the original quoted pricing quoted me a price lower than what they initially offered. I even attached some original pictures of my watch before I shipped it off to them and I contacted them trying to get my original quoted price and of course they cannot honor it so I took, what they were offering just to get some money for my device because even if I took it back, I could no longer sell it.
