    I purchased a phone from SmartphonesPlus about 8 months ago and had such a fantastic experience, my husband and son got their new phones from them as well. We all had great customer service that went above and beyond anything we might have expected. I also appreciated that they took the time to really match me with a phone that met my needs, without trying to upsell me on something way more than I needed. They also took the time to really answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to all my friends!

    SmartphonesPLUS has been nothing but great. From their prices to customer service theyre amazing. Ive never been treated better when buying a phone than I have here. SmartphonesPLUS sells phones, buys phones, and fixes them. I come here often with my phone troubles and I always leave with a smile on my face and one less worry. Thank you.

    SmartphonesPLUS fixed my camera issue within minutes. I took it to ******* and they couldn't help me. The manager at the store was very kind and patient. He resolved my issue and answered all my questions! I'll be coming here for all my smartphone troubles from now on. Thank you!

    Purchased an Apple watch and I Pad. I received the items without any issues. Easy to get what I was looking for. Their customer service was friendly and helpful. If I need any other tech items I will definitely would go through them.

    Of all the companies that buy used phones, SmartphonesPLUS paid the most for mine. I did run into a problem with payment -- the check was lost in the mail, or never delivered, or ?? -- but a new check was issued as soon as I contacted **************** about the problem and I received the re-issued check quickly. I was very satisfied with my experience with SmartphonesPLUS.I would definitely recommend this company and I'll use them again in the future when I have a phone or a computer tablet to sell.

    I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I sold two items to them. They provided me with a pre-paid shipping label. Once they received the items, they contacted me on the very next day indicating that everything was as described and they were paying me the full price that was quoted up front. I also interacted with their customer support people because I had an issue on my end with PayPal and they were very kind to assist me with it. Im truly impressed by this company, its not easy to find honest people like them nowadays. I am about to sell another device to them and I will continue to recommend SmartPhonesPLUS to everyone. 5-star, honest service.

    I purchased a phone from them through swappa.com. After I paid for the phone the seller voided the listing and said there were mysterious issues with the phone and couldn't sell it to me. They relisted the phone the same day for more money. Seller is a liar and selling in bad faith. When I asked the seller if I could get an exchange I was denied even thought there were multiple of the same model and phone for sale by the same company.
