    I was made an offer for a phone. I mailed the phone to them with the label they provided. I then got an email stating they arent buying that type of phone. I replied asking why I was made an offer and sent the offer made to me. I never got a response. I didnt get my phone back. They basically stole a phone from me.

    I checked on your order for the iPhone 7 and it shows that we have not received it yet as it is still in transit with the ***** Here is the tracking number for your reference 9202290247032300420137. I also, see a form that you filled out on our website requesting a quote for an additional device (iPhone 5) that is separate from the original order you sent in. The email we sent stating we do not purchase the device was in regards to the second device (iPhone 5) you were asking about and not the device you submitted on the original order. 

    I do not see any emails or communication from you other than us sending you an email. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any other questions.

    On July 24, 2023 I mailed 2 used IPhones with a total value of $20 to SmartphonesPLUS. The shipment was delivered to them at 12:06 PM on July 27, 2023. I never received any payment or an email saying that there were any issues with my phones (as per company policy). I sent an email contact to the company 2 weeks ago and got no response. On August 28, 2023 I called SmartphonesPLUS and talked to a female about my order. After supposedly searching for my order (******) she asked me to hold for up to 2 minutes. After waiting on hold for 5+ minutes I hung up assuming this entire phone conversation was a waste of my time and decided to file this complaint.

    Hello, we have been in communication with the customer via phone call and email about the payment. We have put a stop payment on the initial check that was mailed out and have issued a new check to the customer. If the payment is not received within a timely manner we have also offered to sent payment electronically to ensure the payment is received.
