      I complained twice via email about products they advertise they have and they do NOT. I called the customer service line and voiced my complaint and was told the agent would find out and email me that same day. Here we are four days later and no response. I NEVER. Heard from any of my emails I sent either. They advertise a specific cake donut and no store in *********** ******** or nixa ******** has it. I even called the stores and they said they dont carry it. Why advertise an item if u dont carry it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! They obviously dont care about any complaint and just say whatever they want to get a person off the phone. This is the last chance Im ever giving Caseys!! I used to brag about how good Caseys is but no more. I would NOT recommend anyone using this company. They only care about getting your money and nothing else!

      They have a special on cigarettes if you buy two packs, you get $2.20 off. Comes to about $6.87 per pack. Good deal? Not so fast. While there is no limit on their signs, if you buy any multiple of 2, they only give one discount. You have to ring up a carton of 10 2x2 to get the full discount. S, a carton SHOULD be $68.70. Instead, it rings up at ~$78, then after entering my rewards number, it's ~$76. I've asked why every time and get a glassy eyed attitude in return. I would actually shop there more often if it wasn't for the unapologetic money grab. I'll stick with ********. At least they are honest.

      We apologize for any confusion regarding the promotional pricing for this product. Our tobacco discounts are offered in two parts. First, the manufacturer portion, which is applied to any purchase without a cap, as long as you are purchasing the required multiples, in this case two. Second is the Casey's Rewards portion of the discount. This portion can only be used once per transaction, per the rewards offer. You can review this by logging into your Casey's account on our app or on the website and selecting "More 21+ Offers". You can redeem this discount up to 10 times per day in separate transactions, but only once per transaction.

      The ***** is located at ********************** in *****, ************ and ***********. Do not shop there. The manager would not return my item, is rude and I filed a harassment charge against her hopefully she loses her job And I wouldn't even feel sorry about it Do not shop here at the Casey's on ********************** and ***************** in ******************

      Your employee, ****, has no business working in customer service when she treats customers and coworkers like complete c*** calling customers and children names. She has been brought up to each manager of this location for three years and nothing has been done. My son is afraid to go into the store when she is working and apparently no one cares. The district manager, ******* *******, wants to have me charged with trespassing for throwing a pop at her after she called me a B word for the countless time. I have a lawyer retained. This place is a joke, no one takes anything seriously, **** should have been let go years ago. The former manager, Zephyr, shouldve reported this to his district manager back then, ******. I am extremely angry and heartbroken as a customer who has been loyal to this business since they opened this location. I will be going above Mr. ******** head, even though he is quitting within the next two weeks and ****** will be taking his place. I will press harassment charges on **** if nothing is done. I will file a lawsuit against this Caseys location if they do not take action.

      Marlboro black cigarettes are advertised for $6.67 a pack when you buy 2. Making it $13.34. This one clerk has rang me up twice and when it charged $8-9 a pack i pointed to the sign it say $6.67. He gave me attitude, manually adjusted some of the price. Today i got stuck in his line and again, rang up $8 something, i saw the price change to 7.82 per pack. I sd hey idk if you remember me but those cigarettes are advertised 6.67 when you buy 2. He sd i got the discount while giving me attitude. If the store is going to advertise a price, that's what should be charged. I didn't see any fine print or something saying buy 1 at regular price get 2nd for 6.67. If that is the case, why not show me or tell me why it rings up a different dollar amount. Or get the discount with casey's rewards. Can someone clarify? I like this location but this guy is rude to me..

      When purchasing 2 packs Marlboros, there is first a manufacturers discount.  Then when you put in your rewards, it will discount an additional amount.

      Going down to only 2 grades of gas is ridiculous. Nothing we own can use E85 and I refuse to pay the high price of premium. We will not buy anything from Caseys in the future.

      Hello Lyle,

      We believe there is some confusion.  Store 2944 was recently transitioned from an 87 with 10% ethanol to 87 with 15% ethanol as part of a state mandate. This station also sells an 87C.

      We do not have any stations in Muscatine that sell only E85 and Premium. We offer a version of "Super Unleaded" at all stations in Muscatine.

      I purchased had 9/28/2024 I prepaid in the store because the card reader at the pump wouldn't work. I prepaid $15.00 on pump 10. It only took $13.00 to fill vehicle. I discovered on Monday 9/30/2024 that the $15.00 hold was still on card along with an additional $13.00 charge. I contacted Casey's and was told the $15.00 was credited to my card and that my card holder just needed to post it back to my account. As of 5:00 PM today my card holder has not received the credit from Casey's . Casey's blamed my card provider and the card provider says Casey's had not submitted the credit. Watch your charges when purchasing gas at Casey's .

      *************. ********** ****, it's drug criminals that never been held accountable hang out.. safety is poor, death trap for a job, mostly when customers want to fight.!! Surveillance cameras, is probably a game show on the highest bid, who going to win or lose..!

      If I could give zero stars i absolutely would. Made an order at727pm for pick up app said ready at 757. We arrive at 8pm and am told there is no order. So after saying the order number and trying to show the employee the order while they are yelling and arguing with us about us not having an order. They finally say its not ready yet then proceed to continue arguing with us we finally get our order which looks like they literally threw it in the box. I have pictures from inside the store to prove how horrible our order looked. I have never had someone be so rude and argumentative when the order was actually in the system. They offered no apologies. I didn't drive over 20min to be treated this way and spend 35 dollars on food that looks like it was dropped on the floor
