  Service in glidden iowa is ok depending on who is working. Went in there this weekend and again no food in the warmer cappuccino machine is not labeled so no idea what coffee flavors are. Some were empty so no cappuccino. There was a southern gal working there who always kept food in the warmers but haven't seen her there lately so she must have quit. That store is going down hill fast.

  The Casey's in *******, Ne is BAD! Their hot and iced coffee machines are always out of order and yesterday 4-13-23 I went to pick up my pizza I ordered and 3 people were working and I stood there for more then 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. One lady looked at me numberous times and didn't even ask if she could help me. This morning I went to get a hot cappuccino and the machine had Out of Order on it and does all the time, then went to get a cup of ice for iced cappuccino and everyone of them were empty. Then the lady behind the counter checking people out was complaining about her wages and Casey's in Norfolk were making more then her. Very poorly managed and taken care of!

  We love Casey’s, however, today was a bad experience in COZAD, NE. Every single trash can inside and out were full, the bathrooms were dirty and only 1 soap dispenser worked and the refrigerator case where the sandwiches and cheese are located was filthy. I don’t think it has ever been wiped down. To top it off both cashiers were not friendly and would just stare at you when it was your turn to grace their counter. I think corporate needs to come in and do re-training with everyone. Very disappointed.

  As a now ex employee/manager I have learned they do not care about their employees at all they expect management to work around the clock cuz there's no employees to work and you can't close I worked many many many long hrs of 100 plus in a week just to make sure their store stayed open absolutely shit training for anyone the dms are absolutely worthless when it comes to needing any help they are way beyond their labor laws and they don't care not one bit. Will he filling a law suit

  The cashier was very rude to me. First thing she did was I had 2 separate orders both small. In-between paying on the orders she waits on someone behind me and I'm standing there waiting to pay for 2nd order at the counter. Second I asked for a lottery card accidentally gave her wrong number and when I seen it I said I'm sorry I didn't mean to get that one. She grabs it sighs and rolls her eyes. I said it's ok I'll just keep that one and she said very load do you want this one or not I said yes paid and left I was so embarrassed when I left cuz I was bunch of people behind me but she was so rude and that's not the first time she's been rude to me I don't know what she has it in for me cuz I don't even know her but she's every time I go in there she's rude to me but yet I'll hear her talking to other people and not being like that so yeah anyway good day

  The employees at Casey’s in Oshkosh Wisconsin cannot read request nor do they pay attention to the delivery orders. I ordered a turkey club sub and it should have bacon. There was none on the sandwich anywhere. Also the bread was hard and old. I also ordered cookies. They arrived mangled and it was evident that the employee baked them and did not let them cool. They were indelible! I called the restaurant and asked for a refund. I figured they wouldn’t fix the issues and why would I trust them to. They assured me I would be refunded the next day. It’s been four days since I was to receive the refund and they keep saying tomorrow whenever I call which is unacceptable! I didn’t do anything but try to order food and I feel as if I’m being punished.

  Location Slater caseys is a joke none of their prices are right in their beer cooler and they wont honor the listed price which I think thats illegal. They're always out of multiple items. Everybody in this town has been complaining about this location for quite sometime.
