1 starI placed a pizza order -( I have order number if someone needs to co firm accuracy) at 5:10, Sep 6th. Received the email saying it would be ready at 5:38 at *******************************************************************. When I arrived at 5:38, I was told my order had not even been started because they got swamped with orders at 5:30 - note my order was placed at 5:10. At 5:50 one of the guys behind the counter told me only one of the four pizzas I ordered had been made, I got angry and said I should have found somewhere else for pizza - I went to wait in my car and when I went back in they had cancelled my order and placed three of the four pizzas on the line to be sold and and not even started the fourth pizza. I never once said I didnt want the pizzas. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes on the fourth pizza - it was around 6:15/6:20 before I finally got the four pizzas that was supposed to go be done at 5:38 - and two still had raw dough - recommend dining another Caseys if you have ***** people waiting to eat.Casey's General Stores

2 starsWe ordered a ************* and a Meat Galore from Casey's on ************************* ,****. The " ************** was the worst as the vegetables other than olives were teeny tiny and sparsely spread over the pizza. I figure this is yet another sign of our poor economy and Casey's efforts to make a profit. It's still very disappointing .Review fromJoseph J

1 starCaseys called me from two different store locations, when I showed up to interview on ********, the women working had poor hygiene, were rude, did not offer me any solutions. Just embarrassed me in front of a whole store full of customers. *** was the manager on duty. Again, no resolutions, as a manager that is her job. Secondly, I received a call from another location in Van ***** pointer trail, a manager named ***** called me and then when I called back to schedule, refused to speak to me on the phone. So my time and fuel were wasted. I was humiliated, and I do not appreciate a business treating me in such a negative manner.Casey's General Stores

1 starCasey's General Store ******************************** That's the location the poor review is for.I'm a Disabled Vet, and there's a man who works there who clearly has physical problems -when I pay cash, I leave him my change.I ordered a ***************** (they know me -know I'm a DV,) I asked them to cut it into 1/4's -as I was standing there. Brayce started to cut it in thin strips (as normal,) and I corrected him -he was then very careful in sizing up the pizza cutter. He intentionally cut it (after leaving off toppings) about 75%/25%.****** knew what I was picking up -he recognized me. -He was the other kid behind the counter.******* (the cashier) made excuses for him (saying he was "distracted.")They knew what they were doing. They childishly harassed a vet who defended them.Casey's General Stores

1 starYour store in ****************** is false advertising to their customers and not honoring the price they have displayed. I went to purchase a tobacco product that was $1.50 off when you buy two cans. And the price per can was advertised as $4.68. I can bring up at $5.93 per can and when I typed in my rewards number only received a dollar off not the $1.50 off per can as stated on the sign. I also asked about the price being $4.68 and they said there was nothing they could do about they said someone should have changed the sign on the display. That is unprofessional, false advertisement and poor customer service. It is not me or any other customers fault that the employees are too lazy to correct their own mistakes. I will never buy anything ever again from the stores location.Casey's General Stores

1 starOn March 17th in the morning I filled my gas tank at a ************************. That evening I stopped at Caseys to fill up what I used that day. Total was no more than $15 at Caseys. It was $2.89 plus gas buddy ********* When I got my gas buddy ***** it was $58.44!! How in the world did I use a whole tank of gas ??They said I filled ***** gallons! MY CAR ONLY HOLDS 18 gallons! And I filled it the same day in the morning at ********. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They are ripping people off! Once you leave the total changes. I paid 3 times more than what I actually got. I called, the manager said she would call cooperate, call me back. I got no call. Wrote an email . I got an answer saying: After reviewing the purchase we see it was a pay at the pump. You will need to dispute this charge at the bank. If we can further assist you please let us know.. Whats the difference where I paid! Furthermore, they dont care and are passing the buck to a bank!! Its them and are intentionally ripping people off. The 1st time it happened I got a whopping $5 rewards, which I couldnt use for gas, I havent even used it yet. I thought ok things happen, I let it go. But now, Im not letting it go this time and Im ready to file small claims. Of course it will cost me, but something has to be DONE!! THEY DONT CARE AND WILL DO NOTHING, be CAREFUL IF YOU BUY GAS THERE. I never will again, but anything THERE!Review fromsherry C

2 starsPretty disappointed, I frequent the Caseys in *********, ******** regularly. I use a RapidPay card. Its not a credit card. My $44.80 purchase went to $150 charge on my card. That is totally absurd It used to charge me $75 but for some reason were gonna do 150 now This is unacceptable and unfortunately, youve lost my business. I work too hard for my money for you to be stealing it from me and then Ihave to wait to get it back. Not good business youre ripping off your customerCasey's General Stores

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For pay at the pump fuel purchases, some card issuers require a temporary pre-authorization hold. Pre-authorizations will drop off your account, and you will only be charged for the amount you purchased once the transaction is fully processed. Online orders may create a pre-authorization when pre-paying online through our website or app and will drop off shortly after the transaction finalizes.
If you are seeing any pending amount days after the transaction was finalized, please provide the email address or fax # to your bank or card provider so we may follow up with them and ensure they correctly release the hold.

5 starsShout out to **** for his prompt action tonight. We pulled up to caseys and there was profanity written on one of the windows. As soon as we brought it to his attention he went out in the cold to remedy it. His glass cleaner froze but his quick thinking got it cleaned up with a squeegee. Good job **** for doing a great job making his place of employment representable even in this cold weather.Casey's General Stores

1 starCaseys is the worst! I fell there around Jan 13th and all the employee gave me was a couple paper towels. I was bleeding from my right arm and head. I had hit the corner of the building as I was turning to go inside. There was no salt so it was very icy! I even went back a couple days later and told the manager. Nothing!!!Casey's General Stores
