5 starsCassandra was great in my training! She explained every piece of the software in grave detail. Though the training was longer than expected, she made it easy to follow and was extremely knowledgable when I had questions. My Tax Prep Office is definitely top tier when it comes to customer service. 2024 will be my first tax season handling clients all by myself and I feel confident in this software and the team that serves it.

4 starsI am satisfied with the software. There are a few missing features if you have used other software and do not know exactly which forms to use when filing a return in specific tax situations. This software is for tax professionals and not beginners. This is simply my opinion.MyTAXPrepOffice

Im new and she made me feel very comfterable and like they will be there to keeping helping me out with further instruction. i highly reccomend this company especialy vielka c***** as your guide or walkthrough provider she speakes both laungues and gave me very helpfful and useful information for my company.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsThis company and its online tax preparation software are awesome! I have been a tax preparer since 2007 and it's never been easier for me to run my office. This is my second year using MyTaxPrepOffice for return processing and I'm so excited to use the marketing materials to promote my business. The online tax portal makes it so simple to communicate remotely with my clients and the ability to present copies of returns for review to clients is amazingly simple. Clients have the ability to upload documents and receive responses from me quickly which makes early return prep straightforward. I can also offer refund advances and loans just like any other tax prep business in addition to providing direct deposit and prepaid cards for receiving returns electronically. Couldn't ask for a better option for a small business owner.MyTAXPrepOffice

We take customer service excellence very seriously and provide the best possible support for all of our customers. It's important to clarify that the reason for this customer's dissatisfaction is only related to the fact that we could not offer a lower price on her software renewal. Our software plans are already priced affordably, and while we couldn't offer a further discount, we did make an effort to assist by offering a payment plan to help make things more manageable.
At the core of our values is providing helpful and friendly service along with a superior tax preparation software at a great price and we stand by our commitment to delivering that. Our consistent record of 5-star reviews for our support speak for themselves.

I appreciate your response, but I need to clarify my experience further. My dissatisfaction was not solely about the pricing; it was primarily about how I was treated by the manager. They were disrespectful, refused to let me speak to someone else, and even mocked my concerns. I made it clear that I was fine with the payment plan and simply wanted to discuss my situation with another manager. Unfortunately, that request was ignored, and I felt dismissed. While I acknowledge the software is good and the onboarding team was helpful, my recent experience has left me feeling that the company does not prioritize genuine customer care during the renewal process.Review fromHeather S

5 starsI have been using My Tax Prep Office after my First Year of opening my Tax Preparation Service (which was in 2015) One of the things I love most is that you are able to get help from a Live person in a matter of seconds. They are all super helpful but I do have my favorite...ENRIQUE R. really goes above and beyond. I have been able to ask for him which makes my life so much less stressful when I can communicate with someone who already knows my situation. I am not the most tech savvy person and even with the great training videos they provide, I sometimes need further help. Just this morning, Enrique personally helped me get two factor authentication for my User accounts. Being on the cloud is also great as I was at home on my personal computer. We were able to do a three way call with my IT Tech person also which was super helpful. As long as you know your way around a Tax Return, My Tax Prep Office and their awesome Staff are as good as it gets. I really needed the extra help one season and my Best Friend who had been working for a major Tax Company prior came to help me. She was able to learn the program in no time which made my life that much easier. I used to work for a differerent Major company than she did and when we had an issue, we would have to wait up to 48 hours (and sometimes even longer during Peak Season) to get an answer from Tech Support. My Tax Prep Office even off season, will get back to you in a jiffy.MyTAXPrepOffice
