    I switched to MyTAXPrepOffice about 5 years ago and I am pleased with the program and the support. The price is very reasonable and has saved me money over the last few years. The previous program was expensive and charged for additional items that I needed.

    My first year using this software was for 2023. I am very satisfied with the program, online help and call center associates. Most everyone was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. There will always be a learning curb with new software but it was completely manageable. The pricing is perfect for a small office and hopefully they will keep it competitive. I like the after the fact payroll as well as the client portal. I was able to notify my clients that their returns had been accepted easily from the e-file screen. It sent them a very professional note and most clients thought is was from the IRS. I can also check on their refunds from the client screens. The software itself is easy to learn and input screens are easy to navigate. There are many spaces for keeping notes and they can travel to the next year. Lots of options for reports. Clients can sign their returns using an app which saved me from having them sign multiple screens or needing them to resign for slight changes. There are so many great features and I am still learning. I would like them to update the printed return to be a little more savvy, maybe a border around the first client printout and a nicer font would be great. I would also like the invoicing to be pricing per page and per item....something I had with my last software. However, I am not switching....MyTAXPrepOffice has been to great to switch...

    I've used MYTaxPrepOffice for several years and I have notice improvements.
    At first, the software was a less expensive option to avoid the price gouging from the main tax software providers.
    This last tax season, I have seen that their tech team has increased their response time to fix errors in the system. The support reps are extremely helpful. MyTaxPrepOffice has been a great addition to my practice. My clients love the tax portal and find it super easy to navigate.

    I started w/My Tax Prep two tax seasons ago. I have been with ****** ********* for over 10 years. I started w/MTP because it was marketed as a new software w/unlimited usage for both personal and business returns. I decided to try the introductory offer and have not looked back. I still have ******, but I think its only because I am so used to their system but definately this will be my last year as I am planning on using MTP as my primary tax software.
