5 starsThis is my third year using this software and is very pleased with it. This software is getting much better with each update, customer service during peak season, is sometimes a little challenging, but I have managed to get an answer from them every time.

4 starsI really like this program. I previously used a different program that didn't offer all the forms needed to complete taxes for small business and costed twice as much. I can now offer my clients a more complete service as well as more services. It took me awhile, but I'm here now.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 starsI am generally pleased with the software. There was a learning curve having converted from a competitor's product that I had been using for many years but training was excellent. As other reviewers have noted, there are certain forms and situations not automatically generated even when converting prior year returns with that information, so it is necessary to double check everything to make certain all of the appropriate forms, worksheets, etc. are included and that the calculations are correct. You do need to have some background with tax prep to effectively utilize the program - it would not be great for beginners.
That being said, it's a great product at a great price.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for the last 4 years and before I used other recognized brands in software. My Tax Prep Office offers the most friendly software and support that includes bilingual and very well trained agents. I have few (almost none) issues with the software, but when I have need help or assistance, I have found a great service and personalized attention. Another important reason why I remain with My Tax Prep Office is the affordable price in comparison with the other brands. I am happy to have this alternative for tax professionals.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsThis company is awesome! I've been using their professional tax preparation software for about 5 years now and it is so straight forward and easy to use. They have forms mode and interview mode so I can choose between a guided entry or just jump to areas I need to. Their customer support is pretty great too. 5 starsThis will be my second year using this software and I like it because I can let another person
work with me in the same area without paying any extra costs. Tech support has been very good at helping me when I needed it. I like the fact that it was cheaper than the other company I was using. I don't charge my clients a fortune, because I know some of them can't afford it and with this program I didn't have to worry about it.MyTAXPrepOffice
