5 starsI've been with MYTAXPREPOFFICE for over 5yr. I did come over some problems within the software but customers service ALWAYS come in fix the problem. This software is very computer friendly, my tax preparers were able to follow it and complete each return accurately.
What I like about this software is if I'm having a problem with a return were a form doesn't calculate correctly, I can contact customer service and they go right in and fix the glitch. Another thing I must say that help my clients is this software offer the lowest fee for the bank product and I pray that fee stays the same!!!
What I would love to see more is when I come across a line in the return and I want to know where the calculation came from, I can just click on that line and it will take me directly to the form.
I want to see more, when I click on that line, it gives me information on that line. It does give me information on that line but not all the time.
Overall I'm satisfy!!! The price of the software is reasonable and affordable. There always room for improvement and I cant wait to see all the new improvement to make this software #1

5 starsI began using this software in late 2023 so 2024 was my first full tax season using the software. It has been a game changer for my business. The MyTaxPortal tool integrated into the platform makes the document upload experience a seamless process for virtual customers. Change is hard for most people, including myself, but to help with the change, the online training tools, videos, and live training sessions, make learning the software much easier. Also, the support provided by the customer service representatives has been positive, for the most part. Just like most companies, there will be room for improvement, but overall, I truly enjoy using the software and plan to use it for many years.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsThis is my fourth year using this software and it works for me. Easy to use and it has all the required features. Something I like is that Clients can use the Client Portal Login on our website to send their documents which make it easy to take care of the client and I can make requests for additional information.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI have been using My Tax Prep Office for two years and I have already renewed for my third season. It is a very strong program and very competitively priced. I can't speak highly enough for the customer support that accompanies this program - live support via telephone and computer sharing if you wish, as well as live chat 24/7, and a very helpful and extensive video library for training purposes. The client portal is very helpful for sending and receiving tax materials securely and e-filing is quick and easy. I highly recommend this tax program to tax professionals who know which forms they need to complete ( as opposed to an interview program) and their criteria are efficiency, ease, accuracy, and support with using the software when needed.MyTAXPrepOffice
