    I have been using the software for three years, and it has been a pleasant overall experience. I have run into issues where I needed support, and the customer service was always handled quickly and professionally.     This is my 2nd year using the software. The program runs accurately for the most part. Whenever I have had any issues they have been resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and they listen to my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software. It is always a good practice to go over your return to make sure that everything is calculating properly, but I have found only a few things that I have had to correct.

    I have been using this software for years now. Its a user friendly software and I love it. The customer support team is awesome. Whenever I need help they respond quickly. After bad experiences with other software companies I chose to try MyTaxPreOffice and I don't regret it at all. After over five years working with them I can say the ride has been a pleasant one. If you're looking for good software along with a good support team, I definitely recommend them.

    I have used this software for the last 3 years. Except for a few coding errors, the program runs accurately. I always review my returns before I submit them to the IRS and state. I've had a few issues, which were resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and giving my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software, unless you are having to file extremely complicated returns. In that case, I would make sure all the calculations were correct before filing the return.

    I have used several software programs for tax prep and I am happy with MTPO. I started using them several years ago when they were new and it was less helpful and intuitive however over the last several years they have improved dramatically and are now a complete excellent program. Thank you

    I have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for severral years. I always come back because the customer suuport is excellent and any issues with the software they address in a timely manner. They offer training which is nice. I am sure I wil be back next year.
