1 starWhile traveling cross country in November 2023, I requested Easy Care winch out service (covered by extended warranty contract) for my *** From 8 PM their agents continually stated they were actively pursuing a provider to winch out the *** At 8 AM the next morning their agent called and said they were cancelling my request for service, as they could not find anyone available to provide winch out service. The agent suggested we find a local provider and submit for reimbursement evaluation. Terrible service! They strung me out for 24 hours and then told me to find someone else to assist. Don't waste your money on their warranty contracts. They are unable or don't want to honor them.Review fromLa S

1 starI have to say i am extremely disappointed with this company. We purchased this with our vehicle with our kids in mind with the intention of essentially having any and all ************, scuffs, rock chips, and scratches, etc, repaired prior to passing down to our children. We were told it would cover a variety of items both interior and exterior along with mechanical as well. We were 100% deceived and lied to. After submitting our claims, it turns out only one single dent was covered of the dozen plus items submitted. Not even worth the hassle they tried to put us through to even get that covered. It says no deductible but you are still required to cover any shop fees. None of this was disclosed to us by the sales person nor was made clear in the documentation we received. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone and if I could give them a ZERO STARS, i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY!!!EasyCare

1 starEasy Care takes advantage of veterans. Filed a claim that has been well documented with in coverage boundaries. They elected not to honor the claim. The dealership misdiagnosed an issue it is not on the customer. There is no integrity in this company stay away.Review fromJames K

1 starI have been an EasyCare customer for 7 years on 3 different cars but I will be cancelling my plan tomorrow and not working with them again. I had the sidewall of a tire split and the tire bulge. After waiting 40 minutes at a tire plce, they denied my claim as it wasn't leaking air.I called directly to talk to someone. The claim was still denied. When I mentioned to them it was a safety concern and would blow out if driven, I was informed my options were to pay for it myself or wait for it to blow out. I then asked to speak with a supervisor or ask to file a complaint. I was put on hold and waiting on the call for fifteen minutes. I then chose to end the call. I am thoroughly disappointed. This insurance is there for a reason and there's clearly no reason to have it if my options are pay or risk my own safety.I will be sure to inform the dealership I purchased the three insurances at about my experience and speak honestly to anyone who asks my opinion about it. 1 starDo NOT purchase this extended warranty! My husband and I were on vacation with our 5th wheel. While we were not towing it at the time, our check engine light came on. My husband drove the truck to the nearest **** dealer to see what the issue was. Without going into the repair detail, we had our truck repaired in 2 days. The cost was $2800, which we paid. I immediately got on the phone with easy care. What a complete joke that was. After numerous phone calls and getting told something different every single time, our claim was denied because we hadnt gotten the pre approval prior to repairs. We had the paid invoice to prove what was done and what we paid. Im talking with them, we were told getting pre approval could take 24 hours to a week. Let me again voice, we were on vacation. One of the supervisors there even told my husband on one of the calls that they said they probably would have had the dealership turn OFF our check engine light and have us drive the truck for 2 weeks to see if the light came back on!! We were towing our 5th wheel. Hello? That would have been very unsafe to say the least. I would give this business a zero star rating. SAVE Your money!!EasyCare
