    I had a long list of things to move, including heavy furniture and a bunch of fragile kitchen items.Pinnacle Moving Group made it manageable. They arrived early, took time to plan how to pack everything, and brought the right equipment. My glass table, which I was very nervous about, was padded, wrapped, and handled so carefully that it arrived without a single ***** They even disassembled and reassembled two beds without losing a single s**** I was grateful for how respectful they were in my home they asked before moving things and were careful not to track dirt inside. What I really appreciated was how quiet and focused they were. No small talk, no dragging their feet, just steady work. Billing was also exactly what I expected. Great company.

    Buyer BEWARE We sign the contract with pinnicle moving group to move us half way across the country and was instantly ghosted via email/phone. Our logistics coordinator that was extremely responsive pre sales but stopped returning emails and phone calls as soon as we signed. **************** refused to provide simple information like thier top 5 mover that they talk about in the sales calls. Weeks after customer service refusing to provide mover info (so i could check reviews and FMCSA status), I was reached out to by a manager to follow up on my request for info. Despite sounding genuine about wanting to help, they didnt follow through. Claiming emails were sent that never arrive and then get belligerent with me somehow insinuating that im the one at fault for not getting the email. My email is on the contract correctly and the sale/logostics guy didn't have any issues emailing me pre sales. I was even provided the managers personal phone number to text and thier direct line. I reached out more than a half dozen times between texts/voicemails and got no response or return call. So in addition to the sales folks not returning calls, customer service refusing to provide info, managers don't return voicemail, texts, or emails either.The price might seem alluring but thier tactics are suspicious/scammy and if you look at *******************, this company checks over half of the red flags listed there. The *** number provided has a mailing address in ****** that is for a random office building with no markings for the business. The actual business address is a residential house in *******. Again, all part of the warning signs listed on the site ********** yourself the stress and hire a real mover (and not a broker like these folks) that doesn't take your money upfront and responds to communications. Real movers show up to your house, show accountability for your move, and actually communicate. I lost 8k to this and no one seems to care about my experience.
