5 starsThis was my first time hiring movers, and I was nervous about trusting anyone with my things. But the crew from Pinnacle Moving Group made me feel confident right away. They were professional, polite, and came prepared with all the materials to keep my furniture safe. I had several large items, including a desk and a sectional couch, and they disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly. What stood out most was how communicative they were throughout. They explained what they were doing, checked in with me regularly, and even made recommendations on how to organize my boxes better. Nothing was damaged, scratched, or misplaced. At the end of the day, I was left with everything set up in my new place and no stress. Ill definitely call them again for my next move!
