5 starsAbsolutely great service and care! Moved from my upstairs condo to a new construction 3-story townhome in August neither had elevators and left not a single scratch on the wall. They even laid down red carpets for the new house. The 3 guys showed up right on time, and quickly started carefully wrapping up our big items and moving our prepackaged boxes. It was super chilly and windy out that day and we were done in 7 hours. Well worth the $$Review fromSophia L

5 starsCame on time, did not waste a single min, super efficient by picking up multiple boxes using helper ropes, drove very efficiently between both the houses. I had a super heavy fridge which they had to be moved from a house with several steps to another house with several steps. At the new place they had to swap it out and then move the old fridge again to a basement. Without any fuss they handled this super efficiently!! Are they the cheapest quote? 100% no but for the value they provide they outshine all the moving companies I have used in the 10 plus moves I have done over the last several years. Still finishing up unpacking but so far not even a scratch on anything. Highly recommend this team and will definitely use them again!Review fromJanet V

1 starPinnacle Moving Group mislead us, quoted a price and then the day of the move tripled the price. We were lied to and our entire household was placed in a storage unit until we came up with an additional $30,000. When they finally delivered there was almost $5000 worth of damages and missing items. We have contacted them numerous times via email and phone with absolutely no response from them. 5 stars5 stars is not enough! Theses guys were excellent; they made my move simple, painless and stress free. Is that even possible?!?! 5 starsOur family move involved a lot of boxes, fragile items, and heavy furniture. The movers kept the process organized, loading the truck carefully and separating fragile boxes. At the new home, they placed furniture in the right rooms, saving me time and effort. Nothing was damaged, and the move stayed on schedule. It was dependable and steady work throughout the day.
