    Packed out our downtown high rise condo this morning. Team was efficient, careful, and friendly. All went smoothly and we are very pleased with their service. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

    We are so pleased with the packing services they provided. They called before they arrived and we're on time. They did an outstanding job packing up our 2 bedroom apt. They were respectful, careful with our things, and we're done quickly. They carefully stacked the boxes so that they are secure and labeled each one. I would highly recommend them for everyone who is moving and/or needing to hire packers. They are amazing!

    I needed storage as part of my move, and the movers stacked everything carefully inside the unit. They wrapped furniture, labeled boxes clearly, and arranged things so I could still access items if needed later. It was a thoughtful approach that made me feel confident about leaving my belongings in storage. The space was used efficiently, and I didnt have to worry about crushed boxes or broken furniture.

    Our move involved a lot of fragile glassware, and I was nervous about it. The crew came with plenty of blankets and wrapped each box carefully before stacking it. They also checked with me before placing anything heavy in the truck. At the new place, they carried each item into the right room and confirmed placement. Nothing broke, and nothing was scratched. It felt well managed.

    I received a quote for *****. After some time a few days before a different gentleman reached out to confirm the list. Once we did they doubled the cost to *****. That was ridiculous, but my company was paying for it so I got approval and considered it done. Then they send me another email from someone totally different ( you get like 6 different contacts from different people and companies) and they said Monday at 1-4 confirmation. I email back and say can we do earlier cause we need to drive 7 hours after they pack up. They say no since its busy season thats all they had. ****. Fine. THEN this is the real kicker that ****** me off. They wont take any form of payment other than a cashiers check. Yet, the Saturday before Mondays move a random number with a dude who cannot speak English says hes my mover and coming at 8am the next day to move. WHAT? So, I call the company to confirm whats happening and they say theyll look into it. They call back and say theyll have a truck available the next day for an earlier move and thats who it is.. ummmmmm. But he couldnt tell me what company he was for and what the move was for either? This is completely sketch and there is no communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive inconsistent information and multiple points of contact. While it's not uncommon for different departments and carriers to handle various stages of a move, we clearly fell short in ensuring those transitions were smooth and transparent for you.
    We also recognize your concern regarding the change in pricing. When item lists are updated or finalized closer to the move date, adjustments can occur, but this should have been clearly communicated and handled with care and clarity.
    Additionally, we regret the miscommunication around the payment method and the unexpected scheduling changes. Being contacted last-minute by a representative who could not clearly identify themselves or the company understandably raised red flags, and we agree this is not acceptable.
    Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we will be reviewing this situation internally to ensure it is addressed and prevented in the future. If you'd be open to discussing this further, we would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
