    Horrendous experience. This is nothing but a scam. They get your money upfront then when the actual movers show up the try and scam you for more Did nothing what they said they were going to do.

    I truly hate leaving bad reviews. However, my recent experience with this company has definitely changed my steadfast position of "if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all". I had originally established a contract with the company's representative who reassured me that they would do the move with their movers who were insured and vetted and that the estimated price would be close to the final price. Well, the night before the move, I received a call from another moving company stating that they would be doing the contracted move. Caught unaware, I immediately called the representative who said that he would find out "what was going on" and then transferred me to another person. He neither returned my call nor provided me an explanation for the contract changes. Well, two hours later than indicated by this contracted company, the driver did his assessment of the items and presented an estimate that was $4,000.00 more than the agreed estimate with charges that were not on the original contract . With the subcontracted movers at my house, I again tried to reach the original salesperson; however, the Pinnacle person said that he was "unavailble"and maintained his original position of "pay for the extra space/items" or "leave those items that are beyound the original estimated space". Needless to say, the experience was quite stressful and disappointing. Stressful because everything that I thought was settled was changed at the last minute without any forewarning. Disappointing becasue I thought that the company and its staff were honest and had integrity. The move didn't occur because I wouldn't agree to the excessive charges levied by the subcontractors and I no longer had faith in a company that operates with false promises and, yes, lies. However, I felt the need to write this message so that Pinnacle may use this as an oppertunity to "DO BETTER". If they choose not, then BUYERS BEWARE!!

    If I could give negative stars I would. This company is the biggest joke and scam I have ever encountered in my life. I booked services in May for a July move. *** the First ********* I spoke with was amazing, very knowledgeable and all around seemed legit. Thats how they get you. After that he didnt respond, and it went to h*** Never set in stone the move date until the day before. Once movers arrived miraculously it was going to be way over the allotted space. Keep in mind I had gotten rid of a lot of large items from the original quote but opted to keep the same space to give myself a buffer. The guy recalculated costs and it was going to be an additional $10,000. Then proceeded to spend the next hour going in and out of the house to talk to his boss and trying to negotiate a better rate. Then they couldnt tell me when it was going to be delivered, said anywhere between 1-3weeks but if I wanted to pay for priority it would be an additional $2600. I have lost my deposit, and less well learned. Stay away from these crooks. I even did lots of research on them, and thats the sad part.

    Booking was simple and fast. They showed up ready to go and didnt need hand-holding. I appreciated how they wrapped the furniture and kept the truck organized.     Worst Experience Ever - DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!I recently had to hire movers to move us from **********, ***** to ***********. We were contacted by "*******" from Pinnacle Movers on May 6th. We were given an initial quote of estimated $15,000 and within one phone call they moved that down to price match with another moving company to $10,000. We walked through an inventory of what exactly we had and were needing. We asked several times if this was a good system to confirm our move and stuff which they said it was multiple times. Looking back, they were aggressive in our down payment and their sales pitch. We were scheduled to move out with them in time for our May 19 closing day. We were never able to talk to ******* again even though we tried.Pinnacle had agreed to move our stuff from **********, directly to storage in ******************* for $10,000 and store our stuff for up to 90 days included in the cost. When sub-contracted movers and a U-Haul brand truck arrived at our house the man in charge (*****) said this would be a $37,000 move. We told them our stuff was not even worth that and we will do it ourselves. We asked them to leave. The guy in charge of the sub contracted movers proceeded to tell in person that this is what Pinnacle does. And the person needing the move is in a bind because they know they have to be out of their house in a quick time frame. They mislead us completely. They took advantage of us and I believe many others as well. They are likely professionals at scamming people in this way.
