4 starsCoolRay customer for 2.5y, complete replacement in 2022 for 2zone home. Went with larger system based on recommendation, replaced vents, thermostats, board, furnace, condenser, etc. Issues with getting started after install, works well for the most part. Have concerns about ***************** reporting issues. Techs tell us we need to add more items. I question why wasnt recommended at replacement! Have been very pleased with the annual maintenance plan, reminders sent, easy to schedule & technicians show up when scheduled! Always professional & courteous, able to answer questions. Quick to get appointments when there are problems, quick to order parts & get part installed to get our system running!! We have found them to be a ***************** and will stand behind work/product!Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

5 starsI just had an experience from Coolray. It started with a chance encounter at ********** offering to tune my air conditioner. I have been having problems and Coolray was a second opinion. Their technician came out and gave me a detailed report on my HVAC, in WRITING. All others gave me a verbal report but not in writing. I got a invoice on cost of repairs. I chose coolray because of that report and then representative gave me a breakdown of the different options of their product which is Carrier. I have had different Carrier products and they performed well for me. It is installed Infinity version and it is doing well.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

5 starsAfter 25 years, my Trane compressor died. Coolray came out same day, crew arrived next day with new, Carrier, compressor and installed that and a new coil in my furnace. They did an excellent, neat and professional job.The cost was significant, but they offered 3-year, interest-free financing which was a plus. 5 starsThey came out the same day there were problems. It took several days to acquire the part and put it in. The coil from the indoor unit had to be pulled out. Torches were needed to remove and replace the old part. It was labor intensive. While it's not fun having to wait for things to get back to normal, it is late July and that's when these things tend to break down. Overall, a job well done.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

1 starNew system installed and invoiced $21698 one month ago. They installed new insulation after that and my kitchen area. Didnt have air flow anymore .Is 85 and higher temperature inside this area . I cant enjoy anymore family dinners and we cant breathe normal in our own kitchen due to high temperatures! I reach out several times and they just send another person to check and they dont fix the issue what they create!Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning
