5 starsIve used Coolray for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work at my primary residence. Effective and professional communication from beginning to end, work has always been quality, and I like they document in pictures before and after. 5 starsWe have been using Coolray for at least ***** years and have been happy and satisfied with the service they provide. We just had our bi-annual maintenance today and ******* was extremely thorough in checking, servicing, and cleaning the maintenance components like the electronic filter system and the outside compressor unit. 1 starI got a new HVAC unit from Coolray and have had absolutely nothing but problems with it. When it poured water out the bottom and ruined my hallway floor, they just advised "too bad", "not our problem", "deal with it". KNOWING it was their unit that caused the damage!Review fromPeggy J
