      They came out the same day there were problems. It took several days to acquire the part and put it in. The coil from the indoor unit had to be pulled out. Torches were needed to remove and replace the old part. It was labor intensive. While it's not fun having to wait for things to get back to normal, it is late July and that's when these things tend to break down. Overall, a job well done.

      ******** ******* came from Coolray and found the problem, ordered the part and came back later and fixed it in less than an hour. Great service and very professional. Quality work done and my AC is running great!

      Outstanding response to ac troubleshooting. Sent technician within 24 hours. He was fabulous. Courteous, knowledgeable, patience to thoroughly answer my questions. Great price and fabulous response after job completed.

      New system installed and invoiced $21698 one month ago. They installed new insulation after that and my kitchen area. Didnt have air flow anymore .Is 85 and higher temperature inside this area . I cant enjoy anymore family dinners and we cant breathe normal in our own kitchen due to high temperatures! I reach out several times and they just send another person to check and they dont fix the issue what they create!

      Coolray came out and did a wonderful job! We scheduled one day before their visit. The technician was on time during the window they scheduled. The technician was very professional, friendly and repaired both the upstairs and downstairs units. Air is very cool now. ??Thank God for Coolray

      I had 4 different companies come out and give me estimates. Coolray *** to me was the most professional and detail oriented consultant I spoke to. Then the install was super easy they showed up when they said they would and the two installers were very professional and easy to talk to. Overall 5 Star experience I will use them again when its time to ***lace my other unit.

      We have used Coolray for over 12 years. They keep our system running like a well oiled machine. They service it in summer as well as in winter. If we need them they are here in a jiffy. I know who is coming and when they will arrive. They are polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable. They are my heating and air professionals!

      I had a terrible experience with this company. On my last AC maintenance they neglected to clean the outside unit, leaving it caked with dirt. The technician put my specialty filter, that I provide separately, in backwards. Those are neglectful but what was most alarming...they did not tell me we had mold growing on the furnace area. I happened to go into the attic to store something just after they visited and I saw black mold. I called them back and the next technician let me know it is company policy to not tell homeowners this info. I am extremely frustrated as they come 2x a year and so I have no idea how long this has been going on. If THEY, who we hired to keep our system clean, maintained and in good working order won't alert us of this danger, then who will? Our system is in the attic so we rarely see it. And it would have continued if I hadn't seen it by happenstance. Even worse, I called their customer service and couldn't get through directly. I left a message about the mold and it took over 2 weeks to get a call back. I didn't get the call so I called back and left another message. It's been over a week with no call back again. I have canceled my account with them and DO NOT recommend this company!
