1 starIve spent nearly $20,000 with Coolray in just six months and my system is STILL failing.Ive trusted Coolray for years. But between May and September 2025, I had technician after technician come to my home, each one fixing something, yet nothing actually fully getting fixed.On July 15, I paid $17,012 for a brand-new unit. And by September 21, it had already failed again costing me even more.Instead of doing a comprehensive review upfront, the work was handled in pieces. A repair here. A replacement there. Each time, I was told a new issue was to blame. I paid. I waited. And then, within weeks, another problem showed up and I paid again.And then the worst part hit me. After spending thousands on the new unit, the most recent technician found an issue, a faulty drain line that was clogged. He found this in less than 30 minutes and said that if this wasnt replaced my new system would continue to fail. The temporary fix was to flush it for $200 or $700 for a system that would continuously flush it out. You have to be kidding me! So why wasnt I told about this when the new unit went in? Why wasnt it caught during all the earlier service calls?The truth is, this feels like negligence or at best a failure to disclose critical issues. And what did it leave me with? Unnecessary costs. Repeated service calls. Hot, sleepless nights. And a mountain of stress.Heres my advice. If youre considering Coolray, demand a full, upfront assessment before you agree to ANY repair or replacement.
